Me gusta y la ropa no se tarda tanto en llegar, pero me ha tocado ropa que no me queda porque las medidas no coinciden y en algunas prendas la calidad no es tan buena. Sin embargo, hay joyitas ocultas que valen mucho la pena.

Bought a 17 in 1 bench. What I received was a generic similar shape of the photos expected. It's laughable on how bad what I received is. Do not buy from.

El servicio de paqueteria es pésimo, te llaman y si en segundos no contestas se van o ni van a tu casa (no sé). Porque les mandas mensaje, les llamas al instante y no te contestan. Buscan la manera de no trabajar y no entregar los pedidos. NO COMPREN NADA solo se estresaran y nunca les llegará

Simplemente en mí experiencia... Un fraude. Después de reportar un faltante, me piden 3 días "para resolver en su basura de aplicación" porque NO TIENEN TELÉFONO... Pues BLOQUEARON LA CUENTA. AHORA NI EL FALTANTE, Y NO TENGO CÓMO REPORTAR UN PEDIDO QUE NO LLEGA A 2 MESES (estoy en México) GSHNMV31300J9J2 ¡Devuelvan mi dinero, son un fraude cuándo hay que dar la cara!

Wonderful service, I made an incorrect purchase, subsequently asked for a refund which I received today, four days after I made the request. I want to commend their customer service team at Zendedk.com in particular the agent with the ID 62059020. The agent was courteous knowledgeable and extremely helpful. So refreshing in this era of on line purchases and the negative experiences which can ensue. Not so with Shein and I look forward with confidence in making my next purchase

I've purchased form Shein about 4 times. Usually I end up sending somethings back. It's a hit or miss or good quality items that you either love or hate. I had a recent order over a month ago and NOTHING was good quality. So I sent it back on June 22nd. It's July 27th and my return was last recorded in transit from the NJ post office to their facility. It must have never gotten scanned perhaps. I've been waiting over a month and I just want my money back.

Do not buy. Save yourself the money and return headache. The clothes on the picture are not the same as the item received. I wish I was warned before my purchase

Realicé un pedido a #SHEIN y llegó al país de destino el 18 de diciembre del 2020, efectuándose un error por partida arancelaria faltante (no enviaron la boleta con detalle). Intenté comunicarme con #SHEIN por vía correo, solicitud de reembolso, entre otras opciones y no he tenido respuesta a la fecha.
Busco alguna solución!!

A few days short of a month of not receiving my order, I've seen many ppl complain about the same thing. I believe they recieved an influx of orders and couldn't fulfill them (because they didn't anticipate running out of stock)and instead of saying so they pretend they sent you your stuff. I tried reaching out in several ways and can never get anyone. Spoke with usps this morning and was told they just got label information, they never recieved a package from the sender. Im reporting fraud to my credit card company and posting on all social media to boycott shein. I've never had problems with fashion nova

I am a bargain hunter through and through, but I also need to look great at all times! Shein is my favourite website. My cart and wishlist are always full. I treat myself every month and I always get compliments.

Be smart though and read the reviews.

Vuelvo a comentar sobre la situación de mi pedido GSHMB500S0000B7 porque no obtengo respuesta de parte de Shein sobre el faltante de un artículo: CHAMARRA COLOR VERDE swouter07200618877, ya que he escrito la situación tanto en la página y messenger que Shein tiene en Facebook, como en la página de compras en donde sólo atiende un robot. Por eso acudo nuevamente a Trustpilot para ver si de esta forma el personal de Shein me lee. Ya he tenido la mala experiencia de que alguna prenda no me es enviada, y si fui atendida, fue porque coloque mi comentario aquí en Trustpilot; mas en esta ocasión ya han pasado varios días y Shein no atiende. Creo que una empresa responsable y profesional está obligada ha cumplirle como corresponde a sus clientes, los cuales no tendríamos porque estar buscando otras plataformas para que nos hagan caso, mucho menos estarle regalando nuestro dinero porque no nos fue enviada alguna prenda que pagamos anticipadamente y por su falta de atención personalizada.

I’ve ordered several things from this site and I’ve never had an issue. Be sure to read reviews on clothing items and look at pics it’s a foolproof way of knowing what to expect as far as quality and fit.

En cuanto a trajes de baño, es excelente la calidad de productos y materiales.
En cuanto a la ropa, la calidad no es excelente, es regular-buena.

No he podido realizar mi pago de mis pedidos, lo he intentado con otra tarjeta y ni así, hoy por la mañana me dijeron que me enviaron un correo más en el que solicitaban unos datos míos y que con eso ya podría hacer mi pago, pero tal correo nunca llegó.

Some items are a hit or miss but for the most part everything I’ve ordered matched the description. It comes pretty quickly and it’s a great bang for your buck! Like I said I have received items that weren’t exact or fit differently than I expected but the rate was like 2/10.
