Setup was straightforward and didn’t take much time to figure out. The lights worked well for my event and delivered the effects I was looking for.

I purchased SHEHDS moving wall wash lights in November of 2025. I used them for several music gigs and the lights really added to my solo, live looping shows. I packed them improperly in an unpadded gear bag. I broke the fuse housings off both lights. Totally my fault. I emailed my SHEHDS light partner Nicole and requested assistance to purchase new fuse housing parts. Nicole answered the email within a day and had the parts shipped to me in under 10 days. To my surprise, she sent them free of charge. After receiving the parts, I was able to quickly repair the broken fuse housing and the lights were ready to use!!! The entire customer service interaction was fantastic!

I bought 4 of the 275 10R lights. Insanely bright and impressive for the price point. One happened to have an issue and they went through all the right steps to help me solve the issue. Online people said their customer support was not "great" - but I found the opposite to be true. Punctual, kind and determined to make things right.

The service provided was excellent. Nicole worked with me on several occasions to ensure I got what I needed. I would recommend shehds for anyone looking to purchase lighting products.

J'ai commandé 10 projecteurs 18x18W. Ils ont été livrés très rapidement et je suis très satisfait de la qualité et de la puissance de ces produits.
Les mollettes de fixation d'un des projecteurs étaient cassées. J'ai envoyé un mail à Nicole. Elle s'est immédiatement occupée de me faire parvenir 2 mollettes neuves depuis la chine.
Je suis vraiment très satisfait et je recommanderai cette marque à des professionnels de l'éclairage de scène.

I contacted them with an issue regarding fitment - they requested a video, and then provided me with three videos explaining the correct way to make the accessories fit - which worked! Thankful for the help and for their quick responses to my questions!
