Goods Arrived as promised.Queried the delivery tracking information and received a prompt reply from the company within the hour. UPS delivered to my door and handed me the parcel, It’s 4 stars from me.

I found the shipping to be quick and packaged well. However, the actual item sheepskin was not the best quality. We have purchased something very similar from Neptune and found the quality to be far superior so in my mind this one did not live up to expectations sadly.

I honestly thought when I ordered these that I had bought my husband Ugg slippers, when I received the email confirmation and I put my glasses on to read it I realised otherwise. But honestly the quality comparison to Uggs is far superior and definitely better sheepskin than Uggs. I would definitely buy again and would love a pair for myself but you don’t do the style in ladies. Delivery was faster than expected but still on the slow side. The main thing is that hubby is happy with them and they are fantastic quality.

Ruined Chair then admonished by the Owner!

Following on from previous review whereby the black dye from their cushion transferred onto a new cream boucle chair. Reluctantly offered professional cleaning, that did not solve the problem. Chair requires re-covering (£300 - £400).

Received an email from the Co-owner:

'That’s fine. Let’s get your chair cleaned once again at our expense, and feel free to call me anytime on my direct line****. I am also available on WhatsApp at the same number, 24/7.

On another note, and before we move forward, I was made aware of a Trustpilot review posted by you before this matter was even solved or escalated.

I can and will not work with this kind of behaviour. I am here to solve your problem and try to make things happen, but if you take things public before a solution is found, I will leave you with two simple choices:
1. Delete the review, and we can move forward towards a solution.
2. The review stays, and all communication stops - you take it through legal channels from there. End of story.'

Not a very Hygge experience, now going on for 4 months.

Die angegebene Adresse in Rotkreuz (CH) ist irreführend.
Die Firma sitzt in Deutschland, die Ware kommt aus Dänemark – mit der Schweiz hat das nichts zu tun.

Die Produkte sind qualitativ sehr schlecht: statt Leder billiges Plastik, nicht einmal Kunstleder.
Zudem wurde mir das Porto doppelt verrechnet, obwohl beide Pakete am selben Tag verschickt und gemeinsam zugestellt wurden.
Für die Rücksendung wurden zusätzlich pro Paket CHF 5.– verlangt.

Insgesamt CHF 40.– Portokosten für minderwertige Ware, die sofort retourniert wurde.
Die Tasche wirkt auf den Bildern zudem deutlich größer als in Wirklichkeit.

Telefone werden gar nicht beantwortet und Mails erst nach mehrmaligem Schreiben.

Sehr enttäuschend – keine Empfehlung.

Very good product even my cat likes it and she is very picky! Delivered on time and without any issues. It is as described and even better in reality. Very soft, fluffy and of good quality.

I am very happy with this purchase of a goat skin rug. At first I was slightly concerned it was coming from abroad. The delivery was very quick and there were no problems. The skin is well finished and was just what I was expecting. I would buy again if these shins came in larger sizes.
