Do not bother! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Enormous delays, no communication. The end product is poor quality, very thin, stitching is loose after minimal wear.

I have just ordered a pair of sheepers mules. I have sheepers slippers already. Great small business with a big heart for what they do. People have tried to copy these, but you can't fake quality like these. Buy original Sheepers.

Rude, appalling, dismal, arrogant service
I'm writing this only now as it hadn't occurred to me to do so before. It's many months ago since I ordered sheepskin gloves for my daughter, which were billed as 'one size'. When they proved too small for her normal-sized hands, I complained, Sheepers asked me to return them, and when I finally got a refund, I was shocked to see they charged me for their shipping fees to send them to me. Plus, of course, I had to pay to return them. They point-blank refused to repay their shipping fee, which, if they don't publish details of one-size gloves on their website, there is no justification for me having to pay for the postage BOTH ways. Therein followed a protracted battle with them, which ended in my failure when they just stopped replying. I will NEVER buy from them again - they're just too big for their boots. Oh, and they refuse to give their phone number - and a company this size should know better.
Positive customer service experience
Had an issue with delivery company as they couldn't find my address so returned purchase to warehouse. Contacted Sheepers for help and despite wanting to charge me a second time for re-delivery, they were really helpful, offers to send a new pair so I would get them sooner because of strikes etc. Got my purchase quicker than anticipated. Very happy with customer service.

Thrilled with my purchase of “lucky dip” sheepers for my 3yr old. Amazing quality and cheaper price! lovely design arrived in muted tones with red accent, totally to my taste. Even more thrilled to discover I had won a golden ticket voucher to redeem! My old sheepers are still going strong after couple years heavy usage… 10/10
Absolutely terrible customer…
Absolutely terrible customer service!!!! I am always a size 6, ordered a pair of size 6 sheepers and they were too small. I tried them on once in my carpeted bedroom for no more than a few seconds. So I emailed customer service and was advised to return them for an exchange at my own cost…i.e paid postage. They still had the labels on the bottom and the tags on the bag etc. I heard nothing back 2 weeks after posting so after chasing customer services twice they finally got back to me and said they would not exchange as the slippers had been worn!!!! I even took photos of them in pristine condition before I returned them. I emailed them to say that was unacceptable and they advised me that the only option was to pay AGAIN for the original (too small!) slippers to be returned to me. I am actually shocked at this customer service not to mention £50 down with postage costs!!
Great customer service
Great customer service. I had a pair of slippers that were gifted but didn’t fit me. I had no receipt but did have the packaging. I enquired and was advised to send them back and they would issue me with a credit note. The credit note didn’t work and there were a few issues but they were always very helpful and responded quickly. I have now made an order of a rug instead which I’m looking forward to getting.

Awful Customer Service / Communication
Ordered some sheepers after seeing them online and was really looking forward to treating my 80 year old grandma.
It felt like ages and I hadn’t received the parcel, then I had a message via email saying they’d been returned to sender and could I agree to pay the additional postage to be resent. Very strange but Royal Mail isn’t in a great place at the minute so I went with it.
I replied straight away. A week later no contact on how to pay for postage if agreed to, so I chased via email and via the the website.
No reply to any correspondence and a refund was issued.
I didn’t want a refund I wanted the item and their original email was suggesting that !!!
Poor customer communication and no phone number or replies to their emails . It’s like a faceless business which is really sad. Worst communication I’ve received from a business in a long time.
I raised this and they said they hadn’t heard from me , on replying to the email they claimed they hadn’t received.
Really disappointed as from their social media and support from influencers you’d think it was a well run business

Poor quality and terrible customer service.
I was given a pair of slippers for Christmas last year and within 3 months the soles started to wear down. My mother in law contacted the customer service team who had the audacity to accuse me of wearing the slippers outside. We do not have a garden and in central London I wouldn't step a foot outside our front door in slippers. I am shocked by the customer service we received, no refund and instead an accusation of misuse.

Amazing slippers
I've had my original Sheepers coming up to a year and they are the most comfy slippers I've ever owned. They have been worn almost daily. I love them so much I've now ordered a pair for my mum and daughter. The customer service has been amazing and they go out of their way to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

I am very happy with my purchase of two…
I am very happy with my purchase of two cat beds from Sheepers. They are of excellent quality and are very cute. They add t the decor rather than subtract from it. Our cats love the beds and my dog even tries to curl up in it. I had to buy him one in his own size, which quickly became his favorite. The seller was also wonderful to deal with. I look forward to purchasing more items soon.

Horrific customer service
Horrific customer service. Wouldn’t replace a pair of slippers which were clearly mis-sized as they were apparently ‘worn’ despite the fact they couldn’t actually BE worn as they didn’t fit!!! They even had the stickers intact on the soles. Returned and no refund.

Con Artists.
I placed an order because they said you got a free pair of boho sandals on their instagram story. Of course when the order arrived there was no sandals. I contacted Sheepers who replied stating it was whilst stocks last. There was nowhere on the Instagram story that it was whilst stocks last. I even sent them a screenshot of what they had written but they just ignored it.
I had another order on its way at the same time and when it arrived it was 2 pairs of size 3. I ordered size 4s. I asked to exchange to the correct size and they said they don't do exchanges on Faulty sheepers. I then replied stating it was their error and now they won't reply to any of my emails.
I have made several purchases from Sheepers and I don't feel like a valued customer. Ever since they have moved to fulfillment I feel like they have lied to customers to get rid of stock and for their gain. Disgusting service. Con Artists.
UPDATE!! Sheepers say I purchased a product with no returns. However when I order a size 4 pair of slippers and they make an error and send a size 3 then it's only acceptable to send me the size I paid for. What use is footwear in the incorrect size. Do not give customers a choice of size if you are just going to send any size and then refuse a refund. Like I said con artists.

Really insultingly poor service
Really insultingly poor service. Their website had an error where they were offering something that was not available (a variety of fonts for personalisation, when they actually only offer black), so I did not receive what I ordered. When I contacted to notify them of this, not even requesting a refund just giving them the heads up, they immediately went on the defensive, denying there was an issue or any responsibility for their own site offering something they could not provide. I sent them my confirmation e-mail from them, where it clearly states I ordered a specific colour font that wasn't black, but they said it didn't say that on the order details they received before producing the item - the confirmation e-mail was from them! If they're not receiving accurate details of orders made on their own site, they probably need to fix that and not blame customers for it. They've since removed the option to select different coloured fonts, I noted this and said it at least shows they were conscious there was an error - they responded with a weird remark about how they wouldn't alter their website to engage in some sort of 'cover-up' over one order. Didn't really appreciate the implication a customer with a very valid complaint must be paranoid for taking issue with a clear error on their part - that's gaslighting really. I really didn't think they were covering anything up either - I just thought they were professional enough to respond to a customer complaint by fixing the oversight that caused it! Apparently not. I honestly would be recommending this company if they responded to my initial e-mail with 'sorry', instead they felt the need to tell me I'm wrong. All this after dispatch of the item was delayed so I didn't actually get to give it to the person I bought it as a gift for until after their actual birthday.
So, don't make the mistake I made - swerve this company: nice slippers but not worth the stress.
