I am disgusted with a 15 cent charge for a paper bag. I am equally disgusted with the method with which it sold, you are standing there looking at a bundle of items and asked would you like a bag, I've just spent a fortune, I think it would be reasonable. But to then have it fetched, items put inside and then told these are 15 cent is that ok? It's totally embarrassing and frankly extortionate.

I love shaws, grest online service, good prices, easy to order and fast delivery.

Very helpful lady called Liana in the bra fitting department . Very knowledgeable in this area. Nice and approachable. Very happy with the service .

I Ordered online on Wednesday night, I had confirmation on Thursday morning. Later in the day I had the delivery details and my order arrived on Friday before 10am. Amazing service

Lovely friendly store. Plenty of clothing hoice for young and mature and also in household Dept. Staff SO helpful. Was in Dun Laoghaire store today looking for trousers for my Aunt who is tiny. Derek, the Manager there was incredibly helpful, going up to stock room (a couple of times) to get several trousers for me in the size I was looking for, when he saw me searching through the rails in the store. Could not have been more helpful 10+ stars for customer service

No email received to say it online (click & collect) order was ready for collection from store, yet I received a separate email from Shaws this morning advising how to care for my purchase now that is was home from the store.
Order was made online 8 days ago!! .. waiting and followed up twice with company since then.. absolutely dreadful service

Always great sales, I ordered online fast delivery. Great variety from home, cosmetics and fashion. Highly recommend.

Good communication and didn't wait too long for click and collect

Amazing customer service instigated by Therese in Dun Laoghaire and extended to her colleagues in Wexford and Waterford when I was searching for 2 duvet sets. The team tracked them down and I was able to collect from DL. Shaws staff could teach other retailers a thing or two. Thank you Shaws!

From the time of ordering to delivery everything worked very smoothly and I was very impressed with the entire process

Visited Shaws in Castlebar today (lunchtime). Was visiting for vitamins and bedlinen. There were five customers in the healthcare section, all looking for a member of staff but there were none. After a few minutes I decided to pick up the bed lined brand I was looking for and come back to healthcare. Could not find the brand in Shaws even though I check the brand on Google and Shaws was top of the list? Tried to find a staff member, but the one person was deep in conversation with friends discussing a debs that was being held on bank holiday Monday? I went to the counter to seek assistance. There was a lady serving a customer at the till and a man, who didn’t seem to have a uniform or name tag, who looked at me twice and turned away twice. Eventually he turned and asked if I needed help? I was surprised that he was a staff member and asked about the linen brand to which the lady assisted advised they could have it for sake in a different Shaws branch? I was not aware Shaws was a concession brand where different branches sold different ranges?
I left, passing the healthcare section, still staff less. A dreadful shopping experience.

Easy ordering. Click and collect was within the 3-5 days and pick up was simple and quick.

Great service and quick delivery

Don't false advertise on you website. Mugs are advertised as Bone China , the ones I received are not bone China. They are made in China which is not the same. It cost me for the delivery and for the return.
