Excellent Software
We heve used this software for a number of years and as part of our package we get the latest upgrades free. The program is constantly evolving and we find the new features very usefull. Upgrading is done after work hoours so that there is no disrution to our business.

Service and Website are excellent
Service and Website are excellent, there is nothing more any business needs when they have a Sharp-AX website. The integration to Xero is amazing and makes life so much easier, selling online is the future and having such a seamless process with Xero integration allows the business to grow faster and leaves me the time not be consumed with the finance admin. Compared to the competition there is no comparison, this company provides a service and product far superior to Shopify. If you are looking for an online site that can do everything you require for domestic and international sales and you enjoy speaking to people who help you along the way then Sharp-ax is the Numer 1 option.

What a great review and thank you.
We were approached by a number of Xero users who couldn't find a website company who could provide a seamless solution whereby their website orders and payments could be automatically downloaded into their accounting system.
They told us that they had to rekey every order and payment into their accounts system suffering the unavoidable keying errors, duplications and omissions creating warehouse queries and unnecessary delays.
We were pleased to be able to supply the solution - A Xero integrated website
Please tell your Xero friends - Sharp-aX is here to help and they too could be trading online within two weeks.

Worth the money
Using the Sharp-Ax software for the last few years has really made a difference to how we as a company operate. It really has changed the way we work and made us more effiecient and effective.

Our first year with Sharp-aX
We are approaching the end of our first year of Sharp-aX and I have to say "We are very happy". Yes, a steep learning curve, but that is to be expected with any new system.
The HMRC MTD VAT module works very well and has saved us so much time and very much worth the outlay.
Help desk staff have been very good and Dalia is a top class trainer.

Glennterrin LTD have worked closely with the Sharp-Ax Team for over a year now.
After using our current ordering system for over 25 years (sage line 100), we decided to start the process to source a new, superior and more efficient system.
We contacted Sharp-aX Computer Systems Limited and haven’t looked back since.
From our initial sales meeting to working through setting up Sharp-Ax to replicate our current system, the team have been a pleasure to work with.
Their patience and helpfulness along the journey has been fantastic to the point we now have a system which will be ready to go fully live in December.
Throughout the process they have suggested and delivered great bespoke work on multi showroom branding, VAT deposit invoicing and much more.
This is key to our business as we have 6 different retail locations all over Scotland selling at different discounts and selling different products from one centralised distribution centre.
The team have worked with me to achieve a system that we are very happy with.

Skilled, reliable, and excellent customer care
I've been working closely with the web team at Sharp Ax now for over two years, and during that time they have always been thoroughly professional, reliable and most importantly, very good at what they do.
Our site has gone through strength to strength since we went live around 18 months ago, and it has now become a vital part of our business. We regularly receive glowing compliments about the layout and usability of our website from customers and suppliers, and while I would love to be able to take the credit for it, this is largely down to the website template and CMS, which is simple and easy to use.
As with all tech installations you may get the odd hiccup or something may not integrate seamlessly with your own system at first, but the best thing about Sharp Ax is that any problem is fixed quickly and with the minimum of fuss. It is clear that they prioritise customer satisfaction, which is refreshing to see from a tech company.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and I look forward to continuing a strong working relationship moving forward.
