After sale service is non existent. Cannot buy replacement mop pads. The stores stocking the vacuum cleaner robots does not stock the mop pads and none available on the Shark website.

I should have checked the review before I placed order. They sell specialties with high price tags. I would expect higher quality and better services. I received my order of Blitz mug, which came with a clear defect on the handle. However, when contacting the customer service, they refused to replace the mug because of the 7-day return policy. If you want to order anything from Shark Robot, make sure you check your goods as soon as they arrive. This shop is quite arrogant and they do not care about services in spite of the high prices.

Shark Robot screwed up the order: they sent just one of two posters ordered. They never contested the fact that they screwed up but simply said it was over seven days since the poster was "delivered", and so I could go screw myself. I got my money back through a credit card dispute, but it was outrageous. The most idiotic online shopping experience I've had for a long long time.

Faulty product recieved and company refused to send replacement or refund. Should have read the reviews on here first i guess. Avoid!!!

Disastrous experience (international): The package apparently encountered a problem on the way, sharkrobot told me without proof that the package had been destroyed on the way, decided to refund me the items without my consent, forgetting the transport and customs fees that I paid. I do not recommend.

I have been sent a damaged product and shark robot has refused to refund me. The packaging was in good condition but the badge was shoved into a tight envelope which caused the plastic to rip with the paper base being ruined. The badge arrived when I was on holiday which meant that I had no way to physically open the package after it arrived. After nearly four years of buying merch from Shark Robot I will no longer be doing business with them as I will not tolerate being treated this way.

Bought the vivziepop playing cards a while back (international shipping) and was expecting the shipping to be like $40 or more, the shipping to take MONTHS, like the reviews said, but I was surprised. Incredible quality, fast shipping, though the items/tax/shipping are all pretty overpriced. Was totally worth the $30.

The quality of the products is not worth the price. Most of my products were good despite being expensive but I ordered a $50 button down shirt and it was such a plastic-y and stiff material. I love the shirt design but it was definitely not worth $50. The standee I ordered was $20 and it arrived scratched in multiple places after removing the plastic film. I would say only buy sparsely as the products itself are meh quality and expensive and the shipping is so expensive! I’m not even international and shipping was $31.

The shipping did take long but totally worth the item! They even send a free sticker with every order. The pricing might be high but its all worth it in the end

Ik bestel redelijk vaak spullen van Vivziepop bij Sharkrobot. Zo heb ik onder andere: T-shirts, posters, een pin van glas… besteld. Alles kwam tot nu toe netjes aan en best snel ook (voor spullen van buiten de EU). Enkel de douanekosten zijn iets minder, maak ook deze vallen best mee. Ik ben erg tevreden en zal in de toekomst zeker blijven bestellen bij Sharkrobot.

I ordered a necklace mirror thingy as a gift for a friend. The product is pretty bad quality. From the outside it looks pretty but on the inside the metal is a bit scratched up.
For the price I expected more.
The hinge is also wobbly which is the main issue.
The shipping was pretty fast for the fact it came from America to Czechia (16 days).

Not normally one to write many reviews but clarifying that if you're ordering internationally (specifically the UK) their DHL use diverts through Evri, meaning there is a slim to none chance you will actually recieve your parcel. They don't offer anything else as an alternative so sadly this lost pre order that I wanted 2 months for is long gone and I won't be ordering from shark robot again until they can offer alternative shipping.

They did however give me a prompt refund for the lost/stolen items, but yeah utterly let down by evri.

i have tried to order off this website multiple times and there always seems to be a problem. usually i’m not the type to leave a review but this is unreal, i ordered two standees didn’t hear anything about my order for months until i had to reach out. apparently my address was incorrect so it’s being held at the post office i clarify my addy with them. it is the correct address i got to the website and review my orders it’s under the correct address. so someone has messed my address up. i contact the post office they returned it to sender. respond back to sharkrobot they say nothing they can do about it and no refunds will be given. i spent $90 on these standees and most likely will not receive them or the money back. as an international buyer i would not recommend buying off sharkrobot.

Two keychains with characters on. They wern't inside the acrylic. But on it, those two key chains are bubbly scratched messes cause the characters were printed on the outside and laminated over. After a month and a half waiting, they didn't press the character pics between two peices of plastic. Just cut out the shapes and slapped their pics on. For Thirty GBP. Not good enough. But you can't review or sent complaints. Cause every try they tell you this is the wrong email to sent complaints too.

The worst online shop I've ever encountered. There has been (supposedly) an issue with the delivery of my order. Nobody contacted my about resolving it. After weeks of email back and forth (their reply rate takes days) nothing is resolved - they deny refund because I'm international customer.

Bad customer service (no will/effort to resolve problem).

Definietly not recommending buying anything in that store.

Excellent customer service.
I recently made an order of a mug and t-shirt, but received 2 mugs. After emailing the customer service team and confirming the situation with myself and the delivery company, they confirmed I could keep the mug and would send out the t-shirt no questions asked and no extra cost. All handled by real people, no chat bots, auto responses, or any such anti-consumer practices. No complaints at all.

They've got serious quality issues. I got a few shirts from them recently and both of them had their seams coming apart after being worn one day and washed once in a standard cycle.

Worse was that one of those shirts was a limited edition thing and, while they did refund me, they told me I could pound sand when it came to getting a replacement for the limited edition shirt.

Een paar keer besteld bij deze Amerikaanse webshop vanwege Hazbin Hotel en Helluva Boss. Levering altijd gekregen. Voor shirts bestel wel een maat kleiner dan je hebt.

Got a shark entry level robot vac, not 3 months later the blower or fan motor stop running. It worked very well when it was working…

Called ONE time and shark took care of me. Wow this is how it should be!

I 100% recommend this company

Despite Corona, the products arrived quickly and undamaged in relation to my place of residence. I ordered two jigsaw puzzles, one of which, unfortunately, was missing a piece. I reported this and received a reply within 24 hours. I would have had the product replaced, but unfortunately it was no longer in stock. I was then immediately informed by e-mail that I would be reimbursed the costs. I understand, of course, that the company itself is not really to blame for the “defective” goods (such circumstances also occur with larger companies). The products themselves were however exactly as described and also the quality is good. The customer service was friendly, fast and helpful. Nothing to complain about so far.
