Moved to Sharescope - great move
Completed an initial training session with Peter K and it was excellent. I thought long and hard about moving to Sharescope but the level of support provided tells me this is the right move.
Portfolio all moved over from Stockopedia which wasn't totally straight forward but just took some patience - the decimal point for transactions recorded on their exit spreadsheet was factored by 100 so quite a lot of adjustments but it's definitely worth doing.
Recommended so far and look forward to using this very clever software.

Excellent trustworthy software for the private investor
Recently re-subscribed after a year away. Sharescope is a brilliant piece of software for private investors. Top class coverage of Shares, ETF's, Bonds, Funds and Investment Trusts. Ace in the pack is the great Portfolio tracker which provides not only great reports on the portfolio underlying shares, but also reports on dividends and CGT liabilities.

As a long standing Sharescope customer I have always been pleased with their product and level of service. As they now transition their customers from legacy Sharescope the help I received, particularly from Peter has been outstanding. With a lot of trade history to migrate Peter and the support team turned a daunting task (for me) into simple exercise. Thank you 😀

I have recently subscribed to Sharescope and my experience has been excellent. It is such a comprehensive piece of software and the ongoing support from the Sharescope team is superb. I had Peter for my tutorial who took me through a lot of very useful tools within the software.

Great for Funds as well as Shares
If I had been aware of the Sharescope functionality provided for funds / etf's as well as investment trusts then I would have signed up earlier.
Sharescope gets the basics right with a powerful portfolio management tool so you can easily input your transactions, providing both automation to make things easier (all dividends download with a couple of clicks), and flexibility to override anything that does need changing.
In addition, there is plenty of information provided on background to any funds you hold / are interested in and these can be compared vis-a-vis holdings / country make-up, etc to other funds on the same screen. Share price correlation is also available.
There is a responsive help desk, a library of videos on specific topics and one-to-one training which I found particularly helpful.
Fully recommended.

An excellant company with a 1st class support team, I know because I've subscribed to Sharescope for over 20 years. If you have a question the support team are there to answer it.
They recently upgraded Sharescope Gold and I was invited to a 30 minute one to one Tutorial with Gabriel. I found it to be a very worthwhile experience. Thank you Gabriel.

I have not been receiving intraday…
I have not been receiving intraday charts since November '24. Despite assurances to look into this problem no solution has yet been presented.

Our sincere apologies for the issues you've experienced with your Legacy ShareScope charts since November. We understand that our team spoke with you this morning to resolve the problem, and will be following up to ensure everything continues to work smoothly.
When our initial attempts to fix the issue in November were unsuccessful, we escalated it to our development team. They attempted to replicate the problem using your settings but were unable to do so. At that point, we should have reached out to investigate further, but unfortunately, this didn’t happen.
We’ve since reviewed our support procedures and implemented additional measures to prevent this happening again in the future. We truly regret the delay in resolving this matter and appreciate both your patience and your long-standing support as a valued subscriber.

Excellent support of Sharescope !
Endured a minor transaction processing error which appeared to back date the programme back to mid 2022 ! Had I been more familiar with the various programme functions , I should have been able to run a restore from the latest 2024 back up but thought it best to ring the support desk. Michael there was very helpful and restored my portfolios v quickly and also corrected the missing tick in the portfolios tab that caused the error originally .
