Amount debiting automatically Daily, no satisfactory response on ticket (UPDATE)
I am an old customer, using them since a year almost. Recently, my account got debited twice more automatically everyday in the morning. I asked them to check but they are just checking my invoices and saying amount not debited even after providing bank Statement and invoice number that can be seen on my debit card.
Update: One Payment was refunded, 5* on another...

Don't buy it
Don't buy it. It asks you to run a bash command on curl to activate the license. Also, the license becomes invalid later. It warns that it is being used.

My experience so far
After trying for the first time their services and after many hours of researching about shared licenses and software, I finally decided to give it a go and try it.
To my surprise, their products worked on the first time and also got instructions on how to set them up on my server and extra configurations were provided for free.
I came across an issue and opened my first ticket, once again for my surprise, the response time was absolutely incredible and fast, they guided me through the process I was stuck on and the issue was solved.
So far, I've only tested one product, but I'm definitely going to try out more in the near future.
Shared licenses is a MUST if you're on a budget or just looking to learn and understand how their products work, without paying a fortune.
