Outstanding technical support by all standards
They helped resolve a CloudLinux error that had taken all my client sites offline for more than 48 hours. I nearly lost those clients, and yet they stepped in and fixed everything at no additional cost, something my data center completely refused to assist with.
These guys are technically knowledgeable in all areas, not just their core services. You can absolutely trust them. They put their clients' needs above all else.

Not real licenses
Not real licenses, they ask you to install a binary in order to have the license they give you working.
The code they give you requests the script from `.../pre.sh` with curl and that script has thing like `wget -4 -qq --timeout=15 --tries=5 -O /usr/bin/CSPUpdate.tmp --no-check-certificate .../CSPUpdateV2` which is a binary
This is completly unsafe to run in your computers! ...and you have to run it as root!

2. Price Confusion?
You’re arguing over $6 vs. $9 vs. $3 fees while pretending to be the CEO of a “solution company.” If $3 ruins your server, maybe rethink your business model.
3. FleetSSL “Free”?
Yes, FleetSSL is listed—clearly marked as deprecated. Your failure to read documentation doesn’t make us responsible for your server breaking. That’s called user error.
4. Other Providers “Work”?
Wonderful. Go marry them. But just because someone else babysat your setup doesn’t mean we owe you the same. We don’t do hand-holding—we sell licenses, not fairy tales.
5. Support Team?
Our team is here to assist—not to tolerate tantrums, spam, or blackmail. Jason wasn’t rude—he was just the first person in your life to say “no” when you demanded free work.
