I wish I had checked Trustpilot before…
I wish I had checked Trustpilot before I ordered anything from Shapelily. As soon as I placed my order for 4 items they immediately emailed me to tell me that two of the products were no longer in stock. They suggested I find replacements which I did. The two items that were in stock arrived but were poor quality. I contacted them to start my return and they offered me 30% off replacements. But did not provide me with the process to return the items. Still waiting on my first two replacements. I emailed them to explain why I was dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise and the process of ordering and returning. They have not replied to me. They reply quickly when they are trying to get you to spend more but not for returns.
I believe the other people who have posted reviews are correct and that this ‘company’ is a scam.
The quality seems like ‘fast fashion’ and not good quality clothing that I am used to purchasing. There are no brand name labels or even Shapelily a label on the items. Only a size which reminds me of Temu -don’t order from them. Junk.
So overall, this company produces junk, their services are terrible. I will not ever order anything from this overpriced clothing website that sells poor quality items. Buyer beware!
Update: 5/21/26, I contacted the company again to return the two dresses. They first case back with a 45% credit to use on the website. I told them i wrote as review and contacted the BBB. Then they came back with a 75% credit to use towards purchasing more items. I still have not received any shipping or tracking information on the other two items that I chose because the other items were not in stock. Finally done with them and have reported them to my credit card and was issued a refund by my credit card and they have flagged the business as fraudulent.
