Great buying experience highly recommended I’ve already reviewed must have been lost in ether

The whole experience was most enjoyable from start to finish, plenty of supply's wether you're just starting out or been at it for a while.

Goods delivered quickly and in good condition.

Good service and packaged well

Good communications, great product selection and competitive pricing.

Item I bought was unavailable (despite the website initially taking the order). I was contacted with an apology and they exceeded my expectations. Great service.

Prompt delivery and products as expected.

Great business, great products. Swift communication and helpful resolutions. I thoroughly recommend this company! *****

Only wanted some fire dragon gel, best price available, but had a look at some knives, and purchased the Condor Hudson Bay knife. Really pleased with the purchase of both knife and gel, also very impressed with the lack of fuss relating to age restricted items, only requiring verification when delivered. Will use again for all my bush craft needs. Overall very impressed with this company.

I've used Sgt.Prepper before and never had any issues whatsoever. I made a large order of expensive items that came well packaged, even though the outer box was damaged through no fault of Sgt. Prepper, the contents were still unaffected and well packaged inside. The items that were of most importance came in their own sealed bags which was helpful and individual sealed boxes. The website is easy to use. Communication with Sgt.Prepper was great. Items arrived on time. Would certainly use again! *****

Definitely buy from Sgt. Prepper again, best customer service (thank you Josh) I’ve had a in long time, good prices and fast delivery.

Great product range, quick and easy to order. Very prompt delivery - great as it was for my husbands birthday.

Wonderful to deal with! Sent them an email about an issue with a product and they were quick to reply and went above and beyond to help and to offer a replacement or refund if their steps didn’t help. They were also super thankful for my positive feedback, and really genuinely friendly and lovely. I cannot recommend them enough!

Been shopping with Sargent Preppers for several years now and happy to reccomend them. I've bought many times and never a problem, yhe prices are always very good, great ranges and helpful advice from people who clearly know their stuff. Just made another purchase today infact.

Easy to order and the products arrived quickly with no fuss. The tracking worked so I knew when to expect the parcel 😁
