Sgt. Prepper Shop Anmeldelser

After much research I found your website was so helpful and the reviews were really clear to help me choose the right radio. Also the delivery was very quick! Check this site out people!

quality product at a good price delivered quickly and efficiently

Jack was really helpful and knowledgeable. We talked about some items that I had no understanding of and he explained everything and was very helpful. I can thoroughly recommend Sgt Prepper shop. Thanks again. I will be back 😁

Quality product. Quick delivery. Happy customer.

It was a nice experience from the beginning to the end, fast shipping and secure. Knowledgene staff. Higly recommended .

Streamline ordering service. I was kept informed from the order received to delivery. My product arrived on time well packaged and no damage. I am pleased with the machete to tackle my garden.

Good communication, delivery prompt and to the date specified.
My only concern would be that although I received parcel within minutes of delivery,(Royal Mail), it was left on my front step which for a product potentially lethal Ithought would have required a signature. Not supplier’s fault more a delivery concern.

Amazing service. Exactly as desribed. Good quality. Thanks

Great communication and response time. Product was delivered quickly and packaged well. Clear descriptions and I was pleased with what I received. I will definitely use them again and happy to recommend.

Great product, great customer service

My experience of Sgt Prepper was very good.
Unlike rip-off merchants like 'Military Mart' their sales copy was honestly written, qualified by knowledge of the stock and accurate.
The communications were professional, useful and timely.
And unlike 'Military Mart' they didn't abuse having my email address with spam operations.
The kit they sold was genuine and in excellent condition, as described.
The prices were fair and the dispatch and receipt were exemplary.
I will do business with them again and am happy to reccomend them. Unlike 'Military Mart' which I have blacklisted as a rip-off merchant.
Thank you for the positive experience Sgt Prepper! :)

Great service, packaged well and fast delivery. Spot on!

As always, the items were despatched in a very timely manner and arrived as described. They were well packaged.

Fast delivery, perfect item condition. Very happy.

Excellent shopping experience with Sgt Prepper!
I had been wanting the KELLY KETTLE Ultimate Base Camp Kit for some time. I had been shopping around, but Sgt Prepper offered the best prices and the promise of a real human to answer telephone enquiries.
I rang them spontaneously and received brilliant customer service and advice from Josh.
I love this company, they are an ethical family run business who really walk their talk, with a passion and extensive knowledge for outdoor survival as well as survival prepping at home.
Since my order qualified for free shipping, I added a few extra items.
I purchased the KELLY KETTLE Ultimate Base Camp Kit with its custom designed extra survival carry out bag.
The kettle kit is amazing!
It is great quality and I have been really enjoying using it at home in the garden, the little hobo stove attachment is really effective and I have cooked a few meals on it.
I just love the feeling of boiling the kettle and cooking my dinner off grid, entirely from sticks from my own garden at the moment.
I also added the classic German built storm lamp they stock in bronze, with lamp oil, extra packet of wicks, additional shade which simply slots over the top and directs the light downwards onto a table for example and its own special padded transport bag, plus a really beautiful wooden coaster to stand it on. I have to say the lamp is beuatiful and excellent quality.
I have to say it was a great unboxing experience. I could tell that my order had been packaged carefully with love. I got great advice on the telephone about the fire starter kit which I also purchased.
If you value high-quality products at great prices, excellent communication with prompt order & shipping email updates and excellent all round customer service care, Sgt Prepper is the ultimate no brainer!
I love this shop!
I highly recommend The KELLY KETTLE Ultimate Base Camp Kit- it feels so good to know I can cook if there’s a power outage and I don’t have to rely on propane gas either.
It’s just a really wholesome experience all round.
Thank you once again Sgt Prepper!

My order was processed really quickly, was well packaged and arrived very promptly.

Perfect many thanks
