More than a month ago I hired the opening of a company with these scoundrels and what they do is ask for documents without stopping I didn't feel for what. I have opened companies all over the world and they do not ask for those documents. Things are invented to waste your time and when you ask for a refund or ask questions they disappear. They are scammers, don't hire services with them. They will waste your time and money. Lucky that I live in Dubai and they are going to take a good lawsuit for fraud.

This company failed to deliver the service that was fully paid for. There were excessive delays, no clear answers, and after requesting cancellation, no refund was issued.

All communication was generic and inconclusive, phone calls were not returned, and no one took responsibility. As a result, I lost my client’s trust and nearly caused the loss of a major contract.

In my opinion, this company should not be hired. The experience raised serious concerns and felt scam-like.

Registering business took 7 months and closing it is now taking more than 10 months.
Sometimes I'm sending them an email every week with simple questions and they reply after weeks or even month!

Very very very frustrated - I would never have business with these guys, if there wasn't third party introducer-scammer who connected me with sfm (Sanja Guc Babic) but I trusted her.

I have paid dissolution of this nightmare and I really hope this will end soon because I'm really concerned I have connected with mafia or something like that.

🌍 Erfahrungsbericht: LLC-Gründung über SFM (Delaware, 2025)

Ich habe im Jahr 2025 eine Offshore-Firma über SFM gegründet, konkret eine LLC in Delaware. Im Vorfeld hatte ich einige Bedenken, weil es viele sehr widersprüchliche Meinungen über SFM gibt – von „exzellent“ bis „Scam“. Deshalb möchte ich meine Erfahrung möglichst transparent und differenziert schildern.

✅ Was gut gelaufen ist
Gründungsdauer realistisch und zügig:
Vom Antrag über die Dokumenteneinreichung bis zur vollständigen Firmenregistrierung vergingen ca. 3–4 Wochen. Das ist absolut akzeptabel – alle Papiere kamen vollständig, per Kurier, und waren sauber aufbereitet.
Persönlicher Ansprechpartner mit echtem Einsatz:
Ich wurde über den gesamten Prozess hinweg von Alkesh Luchmun betreut. Er war kompetent, geduldig und extrem hilfsbereit. Auf Rückfragen reagierte er ausführlich, erklärte auch komplexere Dinge mehrfach, ohne genervt zu wirken.
Auch die Kommunikation verlief trotz der Zeitverschiebung nach Dubai zuverlässig – manchmal mit einem Tag Verzögerung, aber nie problematisch.
Jurisdiktionswechsel unkompliziert möglich:
Ursprünglich wollte ich in Belize gründen, entschied mich später aber für Delaware. Der Wechsel wurde reibungslos umgesetzt, ohne Mehrkosten, und ich bekam sogar eine Gutschrift für zukünftige Leistungen.
Keine versteckten Gebühren:
Ich habe genau das bezahlt, was zu Beginn vereinbart war. Kein Aufschlag, keine „Überraschungen“.
Natürlich ist der Preis bei SFM nicht niedrig, aber ich zahle lieber etwas mehr für echten Service, als mit Billiganbietern in eine Sackgasse zu laufen.
Zukunftsplanung ist möglich:
Ich habe mit SFM bereits weitere Schritte für 2026 vorbereitet – Gründungen in Anguilla und auf den Cayman Islands sind schon besprochen und organisiert. Die Zusammenarbeit verläuft proaktiv und vorausschauend.

🏦 Bankkonto & EIN – wichtig zu wissen
Ich habe mich für ein Bankkonto außerhalb der USA (Puerto Rico) entschieden, weshalb keine US-EINnotwendig war.
Das wurde mir offen erklärt, und SFM bietet eine EIN auf Wunsch als Zusatzleistung – aber nur, wenn man sie wirklich braucht (z. B. für ein US-Geschäftskonto). Das finde ich logisch und fair.
Die Bank verlangt jährliche Gebühren im Voraus – auch das wurde mir klar kommuniziert, und ich konnte mich selbst entscheiden.

⚖️ Fazit: Überdurchschnittlich gute Erfahrung mit SFM
SFM ist nicht der billigste Anbieter – aber bei mir war jeder Cent gut investiert.
Ich bekam:
✔️ eine verlässliche Gründung,
✔️ klare und vollständige Dokumente,
✔️ flexible Anpassung an meine Wünsche,
✔️ und vor allem einen herausragenden persönlichen Ansprechpartner (Alkesh Luchmun), der den Unterschied gemacht hat.
🔄 Viele negative Bewertungen zu SFM basieren meiner Meinung nach auf Missverständnissen, unrealistischen Erwartungen oder mangelnder Eigenrecherche. Wer versteht, wie Offshore-Services wirklich funktionieren – inkl. Einschränkungen, Bankregularien, lokalen Anforderungen –, wird mit SFM zufrieden sein, sofern man sich selbst auch aktiv einbringt.

Empfehlung:
Ich würde SFM wieder wählen – besonders wegen des professionellen Supports und der transparenten Abwicklung.

J'ai commandé une société depuis octobre 2024... c'est très long. Rien n'a été livré, sauf la société.

They scam you and miss quotes actual costs. They mark up costs by 100-200% then have the guts to charge 20-40% as service fee or as much as they feel they can get out of you. The service you pay for is that they scam you.

As for UAE just contact free zone directly, it's very easy to set up a company and they help you with the process in a much more professional way at a fraction of the price.

Nancy Her is one of the worst person in this insurance Company. Whole company is created on scamming on worker's comp. She will give run around and won't pick up phone intentionally so that they don't have to pay legitimate claim.

I confidently recommend SFM services fo any business related questions !

Outstanding service during the entire process

Scam. They took $4,500 then refused to provide what was paid for and refused to refund the money. All government documents were provided but they insisted the passport needed a feature that they don't have - they were offered numerous other documents to support the passport and just kept the money and did nothing. SFM seems to be run by a person called Reza who just insists everything they do its right, despite keeping client money and providing nothing for it - the very definition of a scam.

Further to the response below, the comment does indeed relate to 2012 (we cant specify a transaction that far back on trustpilot), so they have been running this scam for more than a decade. Their defence is "because we ripped you off 10 years ago it shouldn't be relevant" which is farcical

SFM Dubai Office is pure scam. They don’t even deserve one star. I paid for set up and did my meetings, but they want lots of lots of paperwork, slow process and will take time, tiring i mean… so I’ve changed my mind and wrote a kind email for asking refund. They overlingered for months and now retaining my money they say that refunding will not be happen but i could use this credit note for future services(how thoughtful you are): Who asked for that and what makes you think that I am going to buy services from you. This is absolutely horrible.

I am another victim of SFM and now in the process of a police report with Dubai E crimes division.

SFM will tell you what you want to hear and their service is fast. Nothing can be further from the truth.

As with other reviews and complaints about this company.

I was sent a generic account application form that is more like a test than a bank application. It took weeks of back and forward with the application to finally get that right. ( this is the first play of the scam ) After you have supplied the application you are then asked for document after document then everything goes quite until you start to complain.

What happens next is another request for documents even though you have already sent them and this goes to silence again.

It's been 9 months of games with SFM. Their scam is to offer services and take funds then never deliver, all they do is ask for the same paperwork over and over again, and when you finally ask for a refund you are told that you cant have one as you did not supply the same paperwork again and read the terms and conditions.

Avoid this time wasting company, nothing good will ever come from them.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

All their relationship managers are basically untrained and useless. They do not review anything and rely on Third rate agents in other countries to help them as well which compounds the issues.

je pense que la société fait un exitscam. J’ai payé près de 3000€ pour une société avec compte bancaire il y a presque 1an. Resultat, la société crée en 3 mois et le compte bancaire RIEN! Personne ne répond au téléphone ni au mail. Aucune nouvelle de leur part. J’ai envoyé un courrier a leur bureau de Dubai qui vient de revenir. Les bureaux sont ils vide?
J’arrive à Dubai et je vais porter plainte contre la société en fournissant les noms dont je dispose.

I bought a full service; new company, new director, new bank account... all! I paid and then... They asked me many many documents; a certificate passport, certificate home bill, my personal tax declaration, and many man others documents. 1 month later, they said that they can't open a new cmpany in delaware (as I asked), but they can try in Dubai. I said OK and 1 month later they said that they are not able to open in dubai but I can try with seychelles... I asked for refund. Thay said OK. Now, i'm still waiting for the refund. 4 months... So, stay away!!

I used SFM to set up a company in Delaware. The procedure was fast and Nelvina help me during the whole process. Thank you :)

scammers who did robb me for my money! their attorney in Geneva assured me that I will be refunded but nothing happened! their Dubai scam office is not replying to any emails. I have notified Dubai police. I recommend anyone who has been robbed by these scammers to contact the Dubai police department online!

This company is a scam, please stay away from it, they take your money and do no services for you
