Settio has provided professional management over the years for me, where their team have been attentive, caring and responsive. I especially appreciate the support from my property manager, Alessia Saviello, who has provided great service and patience so that I'm worry-free while overseas.

Settio has always been great to deal with. They are responsive and take initiative. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering the rental of their property. I do particularly want to mention Holly Keeney, who has been very responsive, helpful and understanding in my recent interactions.

Leo was extremely helpful in arranging viewings and our discussions with the landlords, he was also very honest about properties, and was always responsive and assisting. Couldn’t recommend him and Settio as an estate agent enough!!

The overall performance of the management and property managers has been subpar and outshined by the lettings team. In terms of property management, the link they sent for my inventory did not work and even though I contacted them many times about it, they did not help and wasted time until the deadline reach.

On the other hand, Leo, the lettings agent that showed us the property was amazing and super responsive throughout the whole process.

Leo has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. We’re about to move into our new home and he’s helped us through everything, from viewing the property to guiding us through the whole process and making sure we were fully sorted.

He was always helpful, approachable, and quick to respond, which made what can be a stressful experience feel really smooth and reassuring. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better support.

Leo supported us throughout finding our new home and made the whole experience incredibly easy. He kept us fully up to date at every stage of the process. I’ve lived in Manchester for a while and worked with several letting agencies, but Settio was by far the smoothest experience thanks to Leo.

Leo showed us around several flats and was consistently polite, friendly, and helpful. He made the viewings feel relaxed and was happy to answer any questions we had. Really appreciated the professionalism displayed by Jacob Oram-Pilcher who helped to conduct inspection of my property. His report was done concisely with pictures and remarks.

As there are minor fixes to be done, Jacob went ahead to source for contractors, compare the quotations and took initiative to clarify high cost items.

He really represented the landlord well by being cost conscious and diligent in his follow up.

Extremely pleased with his excellent work. A real gem! Keep up the good work!

I have been very happy with the service provided by my property manager Joshua Faller. As a client based abroad, Josh has taken excellent care of my property and consistently handled all necessary matters with professionalism and efficiency. The most recent inspection was completed thoroughly, and the report showed no items requiring attention or repair, which reflects the high standard of ongoing management. He is always prompt in responding to any requests or concerns and communicates clearly and reliably. I have great confidence in his work and highly recommend his services.
