Selvom vi ikke verificerer specifikke påstande, fordi anmeldernes meninger er deres egne, kan vi godt betegne anmeldelser som "Verificerede", når vi kan bekræfte, at der har fundet en forretningsinteraktion sted. Læs mere

These guys offer detailed support right away (within 20 minutes) for me. My other coworkers said the same thing. We all used Serving Alcohol for your bartending license. We highly recommend them over any others.
Outstanding website, was able to complete the whole thing thoroughly in about 3 days! Just received my Bartending Certificate today!!! Great course & highly recommended!

Wow, congratulations on earning your Bartending Certificate! We're glad you feel that our website is intuitive and it was easy to complete your course! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for recommending us so highly.
The software is horrible and extremely frustrating. Multiple times, as I was taking the course, I would get error codes, or the course would just freeze and not let me advance to the next section. I had to contact customer support multiple times, and they would advance me from their end. They absolutely need to fix their tech. It does not work. It took me 10 times longer than it should have to complete the course.

Here’s a quick rundown of everything we did to make things right:
On April 15, Tom walked you through clearing your browser cache and then manually advanced you to your last visited page so you could continue learning without interruption.
Shortly afterward, Tony followed up to ensure the fixes took hold and to give you step-by-step guidance on logging back in and resuming your progress.
When the problems persisted, we processed a full refund for you on April 18 at 7:06 PM UTC, no questions asked.
At Serving Alcohol Inc., we’re proud to hold an A+ rating from the BBB, and we treat every concern with the attention and care our reputation reflects. Going above and beyond to support you is exactly the kind of service our customers deserve, and we hope these efforts show how committed we are to your success.
I've thought about owning my own bar someday, so the information on state laws and licensing requirements was actually really interesting and kind of reignited that desire. Maybe I'll do it - I'm glad the course was so thorough.
