Very happy with the customer service received here. Spoke to a lady called Tony on the phone yesterday afternoon; she was very knowledgeable and able to advise me and sort me out with what I needed. She also managed to make me laugh! Considering I usually avoid such phone calls, I have been pleasantly surprised!

Today I spoke to AJ... I was getting a bit overwhelmed but AJ made it very simple and no pressure was made.
