Product-good, shipping and customer service- bad
Purchased a gpu which came in fine and functions as it should. My main complaint and why I would never bother purchasing from them again is the slow shipping and customer service response times. I understand they don’t allow in store pickup, unfortunate but I get it, but sending a tracking notification only for it to not update for days is enough to not purchase again.

Amazing customer service
On this particular order they identified a mistake in sending me the wrong item before the item arrived. They notified me of their mistake, asked me to let them know when the item arrived and they would provide a prepaid return label, and they are making sure I am satisfied with the replacement product I receive in return.
I have always had an excellent customer service experience with serverpartdeals and I greatly appreciate that. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for products they sell.
