No Results at all. Total marketing scam.Tried for refund but they said time had lapsed even though it took over a month to receive product. Simply USLESS product.

Be very careful, purchased box chocolates buy 1 + 1 free x3 about 6 weeks ago and still waiting....have sent 2 emails with no response very poor customer service to start with...have now escalated to Afterpay as that was payment processed used

They DO NOT honour the 30 money back guarantee, they semt an empty box when the website states full of delights. They are ignoring my request for a refund and return

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is a total scam and so are their products. They don't respond to email or voice messages and I actually gained weight while using this product. The company phone numbers either don't work or are busy or unavailable.
Don't waist your money and mental energy.

Rip off does not work call for refund and they say can’t find you in system x4 times says supervisor will call back never does BAD BUSINESS do not buy

This is a scam company. They have a 60 day return policy but they claim that time includes received product checked into their warehouse so they claim it takes 2-3 weeks to process therefore not granting a full return. The product does not work. It is a rip off.

If I could give negative stars I would. We should all go to the BBB. They purposely hide the negative reviews or something because yes after actually taking it for 45 days they told me the same thing. 60 days is a joke and so are all the people that get on tv or internet with their get thin quick schemes. Funny how I was able to return the other supplements I have tried without a hitch but this one. Complete highway robbery

I purchased this product and contacted them before the 60 day deadline to return product. They told me they would send the information I needed in order for me to return the product. They did not. I retried to speak with them and they told me I'm past the 60 days and "there is absolutely nothing they can do for me." I told them they are the worst company I have dealt with and I will throw their useless product in the garbage. I just read the other reviews and I agree with them completely. (I should have read the reviews before purchase.)

I had some extra money in November, so i bought Serolean thru Serogenesis I was unable to start taking the Serolean until January of 2024. No weight was lost after 38 days. I called Serolean and was told my 60 days was up and they refused to refund my money. I tried to explain that I had not started the pills until January, citing that I had only opened 2 bottles and still had all the rest of the unused pills. The representative refused to acknowledge any of this information. She basically had the I don't give a f attitude and hung up on me. I am out the money I paid for a COMPLETELY USELESS product

I bought the product at it didn't work at all snd they made it very difficult to get the promised 60 day refund. You had to return it based on the order date and if it was recieved after exactly 60 days and a tracking # is not provided for return- out of luck for a lot of cash. Do not trust this company

I took the am/pm fomulas for 6 weeks. After not seeing any results, I contacted the company to utilize what they call the "SeroLean No-Hassle Product Return Policy." They first responded by offering a discounted return amount so I could "save money" and not have to pay for return shipping. Then they retracted the offer saying I was a few days past the 60 day return policy. It took them 18 days to send me the product after my initial order, however, apparently that time counted against the 60 day trial period. In effect, the return policy was 42 days and even then they only offered a partial return.

So far not liking the PM SeroLean. I woke up clammy and tired with no energy. I am skeptical with trying the AM SeroLean.

I ordered the SeroLean AM PM diet plan, my husband Cardiologist told me not to take this product, it interfered with his heart meds. I called the customer service #, left messages, emailed their customer service without any response to my phone calls or emails...do I think it's a legitimate company, absolutely not! Would I refer anyone to try this product, again absolutely not!
It has not been their claim of 180 days and how could it be since Serogenesis does not respond to their customers concerns.

I ordered 6 mos supply to get best pricing. After using the product 1 1/2 mos I had actually gained several lbs. I contacted the company on 11/25 letting them know I was returning the product. They tried offering me considerable less than I had paid to keep it. I said no and returned the product and provided SeroLean with the tracking #.
Serolean claims pkg was not received. I filed a claim with USPS who checked into it & Say it was delivered properly. SeroLean has not responded to my follow up email.
This Company is not honoring their posted guarantee! Buyer Beware!
