Seren Short Stays Anmeldelser

Seren Property have been brilliant to work with from start to finish. Communication has always been clear, professional, and timely, which makes a huge difference when managing short-term lets. They’re proactive rather than reactive, and you genuinely feel like your property is being looked after properly, not just “managed”.

Any issues that cropped up were handled quickly and efficiently, and the overall experience has been smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a management company that’s this organised, responsive, and easy to deal with.

Would highly recommend Seren Property to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management company.

Organised, professional and stress free.
I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful accommodation and highly recommend Seren Short Stays.

Professional, reliable, and great quality accommodation
Seren Short Stays were brilliant from start to finish. The booking process was easy, communication was clear and quick, and the apartment was immaculate when we arrived. It was modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
What really stood out was how organised and professional the whole experience felt — no stress, no chasing, just smooth and well managed. We’d happily book with Seren Short Stays again and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality short-term accommodation.

Our 4th time booking with Seren Short Stays.
Outstanding experience every time.
From the moment we booked, the communication from Seren Short Stays was friendly, professional, and really reassuring. Check-in was simple, the property was beautifully clean and well equipped, and everything had clearly been thought through to make the stay comfortable.
It felt more like staying in a high-quality home than a standard short-stay rental. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely use Seren Short Stays again and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality accommodation.

My experience with Seren was very disappointing. Communication often felt unclear and reactive rather than supportive. Concerns were raised with me based on general reports, without specific details such as dates or times, which made it difficult to respond meaningfully.
I also experienced ongoing confusion around basic property management matters, including heating and external lighting controls, as clear guidance was not provided at the outset. As a tenant, this created unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
Overall, the lack of clear information and the way issues were handled made the living situation uncomfortable for me, and I chose to vacate the property earlier than planned. Based on my personal experience, I would not choose to rent through Seren again
