I've got 3 DUI's and despite the black mark on my name, I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. The agent went out of her way to find discounts for me and make me feel like a valued customer. My policy price was very reasonable and I started with a 6month policy. But going foward I'll be doing 12month policies. I wish they offered standard auto insurance in addition to SR22's, I'm so pleased with my first experience that I'd certainly continue the relationship.

The customer service agent that helped me name is Deanna. She was extraordinarily helpful to say the least. The price she quoted me for the insurance agency that I am currently covered by now was far better than what another agency or company quoted me just days earlier. she was thorough about n explaining to me all that I needed to know about the type of insurance I needed. She emailed and or texted me important information I need to know about progressive the insurance agency I chose and made sure I understood my policy. The very few things I have just mentioned here do not tell the full story of just how extremely helpful she was and how most appreciative I am of her and her excellent customer service. Insurance is geared to younger people who have a DUI.
My age and a TIA was the reason I had to get the SR22
Insurance. I did NOT pass the driving test so I will no longer need the insurance.

They want proof of homeownership, which I cannot find, hopefully will be fine.i have two other bikes and a car sitting in my yard, if all goes well, I'll be purchasing additional polacies

Well first off I'd like to say that I think you guys do a horrible job at reminding your clients if they have to make a payment or not my license was recently suspended because I didn't get an email saying that I hadn't made the payment I thought I was on auto pay but something went wrong with my card and I was never notified now I don't have a license this is not cool
