From consultation with Megan to surgery with dr atif! Everything went so smoothly can’t thank everyone enough.

These people are thieves and owe me 600 pounds refund on my deposit due to delays because of covid!!!! I have an email from Paul stating they would refund me then backtracks! Also received a threat if I would take this to social media what would happen. After care service is terrible!!!!! And use celebrities to manipulate you to using them!!!! They are terrible!!! Would not recommend them!!!!

I honestly could not recommend Serene Cosmetics enough. From my very first phone consultation until now (3weeks post rhinoplasty surgery) I couldn’t be happier with the support, communication and result. Both Ella and Lois were beyond helpful, supportive and answered all my questions throughly while also putting me at ease. On arrival in Istanbul I met the lovely chauffeur and brought to the villa. The villa was clean, spacious and had everything you could need. The staff in the villa were so friendly and went above and beyond throughout my time there for both me and my sister who accompanied me. The hospital isn’t too far, it’s extremely clean and clinical. I met the surgeon who went through all aspect of the surgery and discussed my desired result. All staff in the hospital were so lovely and had a good level of English. The after care in the hospital, villa and check ins with Lois on my return to Ireland were second to none. I could not be more grateful for the entire team and my amazing results. I was so nervous about getting rhinoplasty but honestly had changed my life and my confidence is growing daily.

Dealing with your team from start to finish was very straight forward and simple , very stress free. Could not of been organised better. Can not rate more highly for the 5star experience.

I am not 6 months post op and couldn't be more happy with the results.

Serene cosmetics was recommended to me by a number of my close friends, upon some self research and several chats with Lois I was rest assured serene cosmetics was the company for me!

Lois at Serene Cosmetics organised everything from the transfers, the villa stay and booking my surgery, as someone who never had any pervious cosmetic surgeries Lois provided me with all the information I could possibly need. she regularly checked on me throughout my time in turkey pre and post op.

As you may not know SC works along side Comfortzone so upon your stay in turkey you will be staying in CZ's Villas and looked after by their nurses, I would like to say all the staff the villas were incredible!! nothing was ever too much for them, they monitored , Fed, Cleaned , helped with anything you need. The Villas were spotless , clean past the point of clean! SPARKELING!

The hospital staff and hospital staff itself was incredible , very clean , very modern and very professional, all of the staff / nurses/ cleaners at the hospital made me feel so welcome and safe.

my appointed surgeons was Dr Atif Cezairlioglu & Dr Ozgur
they both understood what I wanted straight off the bat!

Overall an amazing experience would highly recommend serene cosmetics

Everything from start to finish was perfect ! From the hotel the transport and my teeth I could not fault my teeth what so ever they’re absolutely perfect . The dentists where very nice and helpful and also thank you to Megan Richards who helped me plan the whole experience

I am now 3 weeks post my breast aug and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of any surgery to contact Serene. Megan was very helpful from my first phone consultation, answering any questions I had on the lead up to my travels, right through to checking in with me after my op.
This is my second breast aug, my first done in the UK and I feel I was far more looked after this time in Turkey and staying at the recovery villa. The hospital is amazing, immaculate and the staff cannot do enough for you, same goes for when you go back to the recovery villa. Everyone is hands on and always checking in. I have been very comfortable this time round, barely any pain and love my results so far! If I was considering anymore surgery I would not hesitate to contact Serene again.

I’d been looking into having a breast uplift and implants for a while and had many consultations here in the UK, however I just couldn’t justify the price.

I knew of someone who had been to ComfortZone so got in touch with her and asked would she recommend them etc. However, going directly through a Turkish company made me nervous, so when I found they had a UK partner I made an enquiry.

I sent my pictures over and before I knew it I was having a phone conversation with Lois, saying I was suitable for uplift and implants. We talked through EVERYTHING, including what would happen if there was a major complication during surgery and my mind was out at ease. I paid my deposit on 02/06/23 and had my surgery date of 16/06/23.

I was contacted by the driver who was picking me up from the airport the day we were due to fly to send him over my passport & flight details.

When I arrived at Istanbul Omar was waiting outside the airport, he very kindly took my bags off me, shown me the way to the car and off we went to the recovery villa. I was met at the villa by Marc who shown me to my room, connected me to the wifi then took me to the managers office to pay for my surgery and sign consent forms.

I was collected from the villa at 5am to be taken to hospital, I had bloods taken, signed more forms, had my consultation and before I knew it I was taken down to theatre. I stayed in the hospital for 1 night, had my drains removed then was taken back to the recovery villa where the nurses explained the bag of medication I had been given. They come in once a day for the next few days to check my blood pressure, temperature & oxygen levels and to see if there was anything else I needed.

20/06/23 came and it was time for me to fly home.. That’s when my complications began.
Despite having a blood thinning injection the night before and wearing my compression socks on the flight, when I got home I suffered with swelling on my right breast right up to my collarbone. I was taken to a&e and they started treating me for an infection through a drip. Later on I saw a surgeon who said I didn’t have an infection and was sent home with 5 days of antibiotics and an appointment for the breast clinic. At the breast clinic I had an ultrasound scan to check for fluid that could have caused the swelling. No abnormal amount of fluid was found for being 6 days post op and I was discharged.

3 days later when changing my dressings I noticed I was bleeding from my t junction on my right breast. I put a dressing over the bleeding and thought nothing more of it, until I woke up the next morning covered in blood. Another visit to a&e, and another course of antibiotics was given. 3 days later I was still continuously losing blood, having to change my dressings 7/8 times a day. I was again referred back to the breast clinic for another ultrasound which found I had a 3cm haematoma. They tried to aspirate the blood but as it kept clotting in the needle I was told I might need to have surgery to remove the blood clot, but they confirmed there was no active bleed. They dressed my wound and gave me an appointment for a few days later. Still bleeding, I went back to the clinic where the doctor told me it looked like I had necrosis, sent me for another scan and was told we would then discuss surgery dates.
The second ultrasound scan confirmed the haematoma had halved in size and was now just 1.5cm. I then went to see an nhs breast surgeon who seemed like she just wanted to use me for data collection to warn people about going to turkey for surgery.

She also said that if I was to have the surgery needed on the nhs (to remove the haematoma, clean everything out and remove the necrotic skin) that she would remove my implant and not put it back in. Of course panic then set in.

I got in touch with Lois - who I had been keeping updated with everything since my first visit to a&e, who contacted ComfortZone to let them know what had been said by the nhs surgeon. My surgeon at ComfortZone wanted me to fly back over asap for the surgery.

The next day (6/7/23) I felt a pop under my breast. There was a huge gush of blood and under my dressings there was about a 1cm circle of a blood clot - surely this was all the haematoma I had left from the ultrasound?

I had another appointment booked at the breast clinic on 11/07/23 so decided to put off any decisions to fly back to turkey for surgery until this appointment. The doctor looked at my wound, and it turns out what they thought was necrotic skin was just bruising from the pressure of the pool of blood sitting under my skin and there was no need for further surgery.

They have been seeing me on a weekly basis to give me wound care appointments & change my dressings.

I’m almost 6 weeks post op now and almost fully healed.

Was it as severe as the nhs made out? Absolutely not.
Would I still recommend serene/ComfortZone? 100%
Would I make the same decision again? YESS 10000%

I decided to book my surgery in Turkey I went through Lois at Serene cosmetic my surgery to place at comfort zone hospital. Lois was very through with explaining the procedure and straight away put my mind at rest she was easy to reach if needed any further questions before my surgery took place . I got in touch with Serene Cosmetics for breast implants and uplift and could not recommend enough! As it was my first surgery I was very nervous but Lois was so helpful and put my mind at ease with any doubts and any queries I had. Lois arranged everything for me, I only had to book flights myself. From start to finish my experience ran smoothly, as soon as I arrived in turkey the driver was there to pick me up and was taken straight to the villa and from then on I was taken care of by the amazing staff. I am now 5 months post op and really happy with my results, for any future procedures I would 100% book through serene!!

Where do I start.... Lois is amazing and helped me find the right procedure for me with tons of info prior! This was inclusive of care pre, prior and post surgery. I went ahead and hopped on a plane for istanbul, in the tranfer provided and arrived at the villa which was spotless, shown my room, hooked up to the WiFi immediately and served food, had a chat with the manager and completed all forms required, even got a little bag with a bottle of fragrance in! Off I the went 5am the following morning, the hospital was spotless and the staff were so attentive prior during and after my procedure! After three days in hospital, back to the villa which is close and was looked after amazingly, nothing was too much hassle where I was monitored all the time with BP, pulse and temp whilst soaking up the sun and being fed! All the girls there also having/had surgery are a good support network for eachother and i have made some lovely friends. Never will I choose the UK again as you don't get looked after as well and sent home as soon as! Also even better my sis got a free hol, all she had to do was pay flights and had accommodation, food, drink and sun for free! She saw how good they all were and is planning a trip back for a procedure next yr :) back in the UK with my new belly and can't thank them enough for giving me my confidence back!

Booked through Serene to go with Comfort Zone Surgeons. Overall had a great experience. Louis was very friendly & knowledgeable; putting my mind at ease. She followed up post surgery and has phoned/emailed since to make sure I am ok.

Amazing time with Serene Cosmetics, would highly recommend for those wishing to have a helping hand when booking treatments abroad. They were very informative and gave me the best advice in order to achieve my desired result. Really happy with my results 💕💕

I was very nervous arriving in Turkey for my dental work as I had heard a lot of horror stories. The whole experience from start to finish was so professional, the staff were attentive, they made me feel at ease and I am so happy with my results.
I would highly recommend Serene to anyone.

Edit - I have previously told you that I have had complications from surgery. I therefore do not have the time, nor the mental capacity to listen to your excuses when I am trying to get my body fixed and healthy. I have amended my review regarding paying more through booking through serene. As previously advised, there was a genuine conversation with other patients in the villa and we compared prices we paid booking through serene vs booking through comfortzone direct. Therefor your claim this is factually incorrect is false as this was a conversation with multiple patients at the facility. I never ‘claimed’ the surgery plan changed I simply asked the question whether you do in fact send the photos over to the surgeon as he seemed completely surprised when he saw me, which surprised me as I had sent over my weight and photos over to you before hand so he would have seen how big/small I am. We have also discussed this point about making the subject of a email reading URGENT - unfortunately I am not a mind reader and did not know to do this when I sent the email, you told me after the fact. Maybe this is something you should tell patients when they book through you so they know in future? MUnfortunately after hearing of other people’s experiences with you in the villa, I also feel that discussing this with you will get me nowhere. You cannot turn back time or offer any kind of compensation. Trustpilot is a platform for people to share their experiences, which is exactly what I have done and I my hope in writing this honest review is so that people do their research before booking and take genuine experiences and experiences into account when making their decision to go for surgery abroad.

Firstly, it seems (as per my conversation with other patients in the villa) you may end up paying 10% extra booking through serene rather than though comfortzone direct! This service you basically just pay for their commission! The booking process was super easy, thinking back to my experience it was TOO easy! I was accepted straight away after sending my pictures and weight etc. however the day of my surgery the surgeon was questioning me about my weight and said I might be too big for lipo only and would benefit from a tummy tuck (I’ve never had kids and this was never mentioned to me by serene which makes me think they don’t even send your pictures and info to the surgeons to be accepted??). I also booked thigh lipo and on the serene website, it says exactly that THIGH LIPO. The surgeon however told me that it’s actually inner thigh lipo and outer thigh lipo is seperate and an extra 400!!! I was then put on the phone to The manager of comfortzone who was rude when I questioned this also. I did try and email the lady I booked through at Serene however I did not get an email back until days later confirming the lady had gone into labour - is there no cover to deal with emergency situations whilst out in Turkey? So the website is not clear at all and needs to be changed to inner and outer thigh!! Just interested in taking your money and getting more money out of you. There was one other person in the villa who booked through serene but couldn’t get the surgery, at the surgeons advice, and serene refused to give the deposit back. Basically if you really want to book surgery with comforzone then book direct and save yourself a lot of money!!! I paid an extra £1300 because I didn’t book direct!!!!

From being picked up at the airport, arriving in style at the villa had a loverly room all staff were so helpful woke up the next morning was taken to hospital for inner thigh lift was down theatre 1st and back in the ward by dinner time, I was up walking around within a hour scars are amazing and no down time what’s so ever….. I would recommend for anyone

I had a revision rhinoplasty done through serene as my previous surgery in the UK had not worked.
Couldn’t recommend the company and the experience enough.
Serene were so transparent with how everything would work and as soon as you landed in Turkey , each step was explained to you and what would be happening etc.
My nose has always been a massive insecurity of mine , and I could not be more please with the results.
