Steer clear of this platform. In my two decades and eight years of experience working as a web developer, I cannot endorse SEO Site Checkup for anything; its suggestions and data are consistently inaccurate. Not only does it provide misleading Domain Authority metrics, but the customer service is nonexistent. Despite my numerous attempts to point out their technical failures—such as a false claim that Google Analytics was inactive, which I refuted by providing years of verifiable data—I was met with total silence. Do yourself a favor and avoid it.

Absolutely love it. It has helped me out a ton. It is hands down the best. It has helped me to fix so many things on my webpages. The explanations on how to fix certain aspects of my site are also clear. I’ve spent many hours utilising their tools. Other sites are are confusing. This is the only company that makes sense to me.

There are Google Ads, how a company can run Google Ads while they also selling their own services?

Just don’t even bother to try them out. 0 useful information and 0 customer services. They just want your money.

Firstly their human verification doesn't work. I am familiar with them..... got tired of having to verify 10x's before being able to log in. Sometimes couldn't log in.

Tried to get a resolution via email.... NO RESPONSES! Not one even after I advised I would cancel my subscription.

As I could not log in, I had to advise bank to stop payment!

free trial is a trap! there is no account management to cancel subscription. They do not reply your mail.

Hopeless. I’ve used them for a year or so. Liked their product. Time for renewal which I was happy with however they charged my card and provided no service. I keep getting a blank page. There is no phone number to contact and one email address. Seven emails to them got zero response. In the process of trying to get a refund. Ffs happy to pay for your product if it works. Also now ChatGPT almost does the same thing if you give it the right prompts.

Someone used my card to make subscription and I was charged. Tryed to contact with support, got only ignore.

I will contact with their payment gateway to close their account. Scammers.

I saw this one and decided to try it for a week. When I tried to cancel, there was no obvious way to do it. They must make it that way on purpose. As a result, I've been charged $49.99 needlessly.

Word of advice: don't even take the trial. That way, you cannot lose money.

Just don't use it unless you want to be bankrupt

I am only giving 1 star as I can't give 0 - I have been getting charged despite emailing their email address, posting on Facebook - i cannot get hold of anyone at all so they keep taking money adn I cannot log in or use the service - shocking - i have spent hours trying to fix / contact to no avail. I will need to escalate this to the bank / legally if they do not come back to me - utterly ridiculous

I Setup a trial account (My biggest Mistake). Two days before expires I clicked to cancel it but for some reason it did not work. I have then cancelled the account and asked to delete all data. Two days after my PayPal was charged and I asked them to provide a refund and they said because it was two days past they would not refund, even after I've never used it during the two days and my account was fully deleted. They are very hungry for money and use the trial as a money-trap. Be aware, avoid at all cost.
A good company would be reasonable, and would understand that error could happens, and be willing to help, but not them. They will talk about the terms and conditions and nothing more, zero support for customers. Scam, Scam, rip-off company. Now I'm scare of my data added into their system. Avoid or you will get ripped-off.

They say payment is due on June 7, 2021, but they charge on June 6, 2021, before we can even cancel the free trial. That's a complete ripoff and greedy for money. Request a refund, file chargeback with the bank, and open a case with Paypal. We cancel the plan, delete the account, hopefully, we won't keep getting charges.

Poor experience. Complete rip off I feel. I would never ever recommend their service to anyone. There are better seo audit service providers out there. Support behaviour is very rude and unprofessional. I wish I could rate them just 0.5 stars. They charged my card without my authorization. They are not ready to refund. I will file a chargeback.

fraudsters, once you have signed up, they take money from your account even after you have cancelled, months after still taking money, had to call the bank a report them.

I signed up for the free trial and immediately found that I couldn't crawl my website as it was password protected by an .htaccess file until publicly launching it. The whole point of SEO is to fine tune your website for better results, preferably starting that process prior to launch.

I emailed their support team on the 15th of April, asking if there was a way around this problem. I got no response. After a couple of days i went elsewhere for what I needed and have since launched the website. Today, the 23rd of April, 8 days later, I finally got a response from SEOSiteCheckup. Highly detailed, I've pasted it below in its entirety .....

Very Very bad They charged my Card without any notification and then tried to charge my card for higher package, theses Guys Cheating people who don,t know Tech, I asked their Team to refund my money they said my case has been forward to the higher team but then they never replied after one email, and they charged my card without my permission which is kind scammers act! i don,t want to use your services any more
