The support team has been nice and responsive, and I also found that their mission is to make the tool and absolutely effective SEO tool for the public. SEOcrawl AI has become a go-to for GSC analysis. The standout feature for me is the long-term data retention, it holds onto years of history instead of the limited window GSC gives you, which makes spotting seasonal and long-range trends much easier.

I was excited to use this tool when they launched on Appsumo, where they promised future updates and additions for free, however after buying top tier plan, they decided to downgrade the package after introducing Analytics integrations. They did not plan for future pricing or API charges, they just ignored early adopters and offered limited sites - for top tier plan they offered only 25 sites compared to promised unlimited sites.

Don't trust these guys. There is no actual support if you face any issues with the tool. Also, the founder is not trustable at all. We have some sort of deal with them and once he got it he removed our ENTERPRISE subscription and put on a free trial. Then he stopped responding to us. On top of that, the tool has max. nice UX/UI but they pull data out from your Google Search Console. That's all. What value this tool is giving to you? 0! You can have all details in Google Search Console for free and they won't mess up with you as SEOCrawl founder.
