Hi Sandra,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear you didn’t experience the scent as expected with our spa diffusers. We strive to ensure all our customers are delighted with their purchases, and it’s disappointing to learn this wasn’t the case for you.
Had we known about your concerns via our customer care team, we would have been more than happy to discuss the issue and offer a solution. We sell thousands of these diffusers, and this is the first time we’ve received feedback like this, so we’d love to investigate further. Please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can assist you.

Persian Spice heaven
Delighted with my order, i love the scent throughout my home.
Delighted with the value for money on the discounted set, I also love the fact you thanked me for my custom and awarded me a further 10% discount on my next purchase , that said, the fact that it expires in 4 weeks is disappointing, so I will lose that discount, but again that said, i will shop with you again as the product, packaging etc are on any level.

Hi Christine,
Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re thrilled to hear you’re delighted with your order and enjoying the scent throughout your home—it’s wonderful to know you’re happy with the value and quality of our products.
We really appreciate your feedback about the 10% discount expiration. We understand it can be a little restrictive, and we’ll take this on board as we continuously look to improve. If you ever have any questions about offers or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you again for your kind words and support. We look forward to your next order!
