If I could give this company zero stats then I would. No mention on their website that they ship from china. My £45 dress, that was in the sale, was on the slow train from china! 3 weeks later it finally arrived and it looks like it should be sold in Poundland. Nothing like the photo on their website. Sequins missing and basically a cheap imitation of another design. So ugly. Definitely won't be wearing it.

So unlike me to be scammed but we live and learn. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Not only did I return my £100+ items but had to pay to do this! Then they’ve pretend to refund for me. I hope you rot!

Scam website,
I firstly ordered expecting it to be arriving from the UK, wish I had read the reviews before ordering. After I placed the order and realised it was being shipped from China, I emailed quickly and asked to cancel my order. This email was ignored, I also messaged their instagram and this was ignored too. I have followed up with 3 more emails and never had any reply. It is now almost a month later and I haven't received the order or any update on where the parcel is. Definitely a scam! Do NOT order from this website!! I have opened a dispute on paypal and I am still trying to get a refund

Dresses arrived 4 weeks late.
Return sent back in January.
Still no refund. Do not order from this website.

I wish I had looked on this website before placing the order as they have taken £70 for pair of boots which have not been delivered and they are not answering any emails. Clearly a scam. I am now having to open a dispute via Paypal. Furious.

Completely awful company. I ordered two dresses for a party, only for them to take 3 weeks to arrive, and all the while the customer service team were lying to me, telling me it was nearly there. When I then wanted to return one of the orders I wasn't given the returns form despite multiple emails. They then offered me a refund which I gladly accepted. But that was never paid and I'm still waiting for it... 3 weeks on. Oh, and they're now ignoring my emails..

The quality of the dresses are also bad.

Don't buy from here unless you want to lose money.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering. Absolute shit quality, I’ve been chasing for 2 months to get my money back. Spent £40 on delivery and the products still did not come on time. I’m hoping to get a refund on my products that I spent extra money to return. I’ve been chasing every week it’s so disappointing that companies like this exist and take peoples money.

This company are disgraceful. My daughter ordered 2 dresses before Xmas and they are awful quality and no response to send them back. This will be £150 lost

Bought 2 dresses, they never arrived. Emailed company, they said they will look into it and I have never heard back. I bought the dresses in November and still no resolution. Terrible customer service, dodgy company. DO NOT BUT FROM HERE!!

Such bad customer service, the dress took a month to get to me and was the worst quality I have seen. I think they edit a lot of the photos and it's not what arrives. Awful experience and not worth the money. Now they won't get back to me about a return, no information on how to do it on website. £50 I'll never see again!!!

Bad company. Yet another Instagram scam. Over a month and no items. I’ve asked to be refunded. Takes them a week to come back to you.

The worst experience ever and absolutely rubbish quality products. Customer service plays with me. Offering “good deal” if I live all items. When I stuck with decision to send it back they send me Chinese address.

Ordered two dress for my engagement party 3 months on still haven’t received them. Got told they were lost and I was getting a refund which was a lie. Two days later was told there were delivered which they weren’t. Have sent 64 emails back and forth and finally settled on half a refund and the other half store credit. Went to use the store credit and they have gave me half of what I’m owed so that £80 down the drain!!

100% regret not reading reviews so I am aware this is my own fault. I ordered two dresses to try for a wedding and read the reviews straight after which explained dresses can take up to 7-14days, so within 5 minutes I tried to cancelled the order as it wouldn’t arrive in time, they refused and said the order has been processed and will try their best to get it to me in time, 3 weeks later the dress arrives. Requested a refund this was in September and still haven’t received this refund excuses just keep getting made. WEBSITE IS A CON.. AVOID AVOID!!!!

Quality is complete trash, you would be better off going to the fancy dress shop. Nothing is as it looks on the website and the T&C embedded deep within their website often stop returns.

Save yourself the time and money and shop literally anywhere else.

Wish I had read reviews on here first! Like other reviews say this is a scam website. I ordered a dress which was advertised as rrp £85 but on sale for half price, dress took weeks to come when arrived it is cheap quality looks like something you would get from shein. The website appears to be in the uk but is actually in china. The picture of the dress on the website I have now found on a designer website so they are obviously taking pictures from there and using them to try and sell cheap tat which is fraudulent! I paid via PayPal so have opened a dispute with them
