Another project succesfully completed!
I am impressed with Volina's Portfolio and chose him for my project. He shared a common interest in my ideas and progress was made easily. I had access to all elements I needed as Volina began the project. The delivery was in the preferred timeframe and I received all ideas perfectly built. Exactly how I wanted it. I strongly recommend him for your setups if you are looking for any and the price is worth it; of course, that depends on how much you can spend.
Definitely a shout from me and I will send future projects his way if I have any. +1 from me.

Got back a years old commission!
SeniorTeam was able to retrace a professional builder who has worked with them in the past to get me my old commissioned Minecraft Spawn Build back!
When i thought i had lost the project from 2020, SeniorTeam was able to reach out and get back my spawn download all in the same day!
This proves to me i made the right choice when picking SeniorTeam to trust them with my money and the people that work for them that make amazing looking art and buildings!
I will make use of SeniorTeams services again when i need a custom logo, discord plugin or minecraft map made!

Response time and help in tickets
I had made a mistake and sent it to an email I forgot I had. They had a great response time in the ticket I had made. Everything worked out fine in the end.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the work Phill did for me, although the waiting period was extended by some time, but it was worth the wait. I really like what he created and I think that if necessary, I will come back to you for the service. I would like to add that cooperation with him at a high level, precise communicative, he asked for some details if necessary. I am very pleased and recommend his services to everyone ❤️

Many issues during commission
After payment has been made, the freelancer completed the basics for the bot.
Once the CM set the deadline, it was not respected, and the ticket went overdate by 19 days.
The freelancer was really patient and made changes until the product was correct, however the freelancer confirmed multiple times the product was finished,
After "completion" there were still multiple game breaking bugs, like an infinite money glitch, and ability to crash the entire bot.
It was addressed that this was unacceptable, but this occurred a total of 4 times.
In the end, the freelancer did try to rectify the issue.
During all this, the CM tried to get freelancer to act faster and complete the ticket within the requested time, but failed to do so numerous times.
I personally do not recommend Rem if you need a product created within deadline, however he did try to rectify his mistake.
The CM confirmed he had too many commissions at the same time, and often wasn't aware what was happening in the ticket.
The CM also closed the ticket prematurely

We hope the additional services provided along with the commission, free of cost, was a fair compensation for your troubles.
As for the deadline issues, please understand that due to the nature of your project, when you test your product with your players, there can be some issues which require additional fixing and can result in additional time than originally quoted. Regardless, our freelancers are always happy to fix any issues for you.
We would like to request you to clarify that the 19 days was the time the whole commission took rather than the delay, the actual bug fixing period was 1 week, which was approved by you. For future reference; All of our clients have an option to obtain 10% refund of the total order upto to 75% for every day missed from the deadline. As for the CM issues we'd like to inform you that all of the CMs claim their own tickets and Senior Team does not allocate them any commissions or force them to handle more commissions than they can. Rather, we have a claim limit to the amount of tickets they handle, to prevent them from overworking. This is followed by a weekly performance check and a CQI Team, DM Support, along with management always ready to assist you whenever you feel uneasy.
Senior Team offers a huge variety of freelancers with unique skill sets and strong-points, and you can always find a freelancer, which fits your needs!
We're still going to conduct an internal review of the ticket and look for any guidelines our freelancer may have disrespected, if that happens, we'll be sure to take appropriate actions on the freelancer.
