Balloons were lovely- shame the cupcakes were all smashed up having clearly been shook up - embarrassing to watch my mum open them on a video call
What I find frankly staggering is zero response- 2 emails and a 3rd contact form through the site, all containing photos - not a reply, not a sorry - nothing (I made it clear the balloons were great and it was probably dpd who shook the box up)
Won't ever use again unfortunately- the rudeness to my polite email complaints being ignored has ensured that. What a shame.

Pre ordered for day before my daughters 19th birthday to arrive on the 25th july, called on the 24th just to make sure they were on their way ! The call handler was lovely even knew my order, they arrived as planned with cupcakes brilliant balloons & at a reasonable price. Thank you

Took my money, accepted my order but then never bothered to send the order. No response from customer service. DO NOT use this company.

I ordered a set of 6 balloons for my son's 21st birthday, and while the colors were lovely, I encountered significant issues. Two of the balloons were only half full, and two others completely deflated by the following day. Given the price I paid, these balloons were far from acceptable.

I have emailed to file a complaint, and it took over 48 hours to receive a response to my first email. I am still waiting for a reply to my second email. This experience has been a major disappointment!

My advice - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Thought I’d leave a review because I would’ve found it helpful to see this myself. I ordered balloons for my dad’s birthday two days before and was worried from previous reviews about the delivery times and quality. I emailed them to confirm my order and heard back from them very promptly to confirm the order had been received. The balloons were excellent and the cake was brilliant too. I don’t know why they have such negative reviews. The comments about receiving balloons 2 days early - the website clearly states if you choose a delivery for Sunday or Monday DPD May attempt an earlier delivery. Great service and very happy.

Brilliant balloons, arrived on the date select the brownie was lovely presented, the balloons were brilliant fully inflated floated out of the box as stated. Will use again

Ordered balloons to be delivered to a restaurant for a surprise party, paid for the more expensive delivery to arrive before 5pm on a saturday. That day I received an email from dpd with a delivery slot of 6.45-7.45pm. Balloons arrived after the party started. When they did arrive, half of them were bashed and deflated.
No reply from their customer services department.
Shambles.

I ordered balloons for me sisters 60th birthday and specifically requested for them to be delivered on the 27th May as it was the day before her birthday and I knew she wouldn't be home on this day. They delivered the balloons on the 24th, four days before her big day and she was the person that received the delivery and it ruined the surprise that I had planned for her .When I contacted customer services they didn't take any responsibility and blamed the courier. I spent nearly £70 with this company and they only refunded me £6 for the delivery charge. Disgusting

I ordered birthday balloons for a special birthday to be delivered to Oban and accidentally gave the wrong address. I contacted the owner and received a very helpful response within 24 hours. The balloons were delivered right on time and looked absolutely gorgeous! Great communication and beautiful quality! highly recommend and would definitely order again.

Amazing service, balloons lasted ages and very fresh delicious cakes. Will definitely buy again.

I ordered the balloons and cupcakes for a special birthday and paid extra for the quanteed delivery.
The balloons and cupcakes didn't arrive contacted customer services who promised the gifts would be here today. Yet again no delivery and can't get hold of Customer services until Monday for a full refund... Joke

I recently sent balloons to my son and daughter-in-law in the UK to celebrate their new business venture, and I was impressed with the service provided by 'Send Them Balloons'. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to personalise the helium balloons and have them boxed. The delivery was prompt, arriving the next day at the specified time, and my son and daughter-in-law were delighted with the surprise. The fact that I could order from Australia and have everything go smoothly was a huge relief, and I would definitely use 'Send Them Balloons' again.

Arrived 2 days earlier than requested, already deflated,so by Christmas Day it was even more so, contacted seller to resolve the issue, no response. Will be going back to balloon monkey in future.

Overall good experience, ordered balloons for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and had to change the delivery date quite late so wasn’t sure if they would arrive on the preferred day but they did! Just a lack of communication on whether the date was changed, everything else great.

What a joke!!! I ordered a bunch of Mickey Mouse balloons for my nephews 6th birthday and just found out they sent a crap balloon with a rose gold no. 6, balloon for a girl! Also no sweet jar or chocolate as part of the gift!!!!! Absolutely terrible and I will get my money back!!!!’ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! It’s a waste of money, time and energy! Company should be made bankrupt!

Absolutely terrible service and now they’re not even replying to me. I ordered balloons and a cake as a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday. A day before delivery I was told the balloons I ordered were out of stock so they’re sending different ones… then when they were delivered the text I asked to be printed was wrong as well. Also the cake turned up looking like someone had played football with it. Now my emails are being ignored after providing photo evidence and asking for an update twice. Don’t waste your time or money.

Do NỐT waste your money ordering from this dreadful business. I ordered balloons/cupcakes for my son to celebrate him passing his driving test. Both the balloons and cupcakes were delivered damaged! I telephoned and emailed pictures but they refused to accept a return and refund me. Now just completely ignoring my emails.
Such a shame for a business to have such a dreadful customer service when they are supplying goods connected to celebratory events. You can’t replay such events and they don’t show any care or compassion. Disgusting! Choose a different business to avoid grave disappointment!

Ordered a box of balloons the day before my husbands birthday. Balloons arrived the next day, with free box of cupcakes, and the balloons were fantastic quality. 5 star service and will definitely use again!
