I have used this company for 5 years and raved about them,reccomended them and would never consider going anywhere else.....until this year....where to even start. I booked annual leave to recieve the tree on my nominated delivery day. The base arrived but the tree did not..I called customer service who to be fair were apologetic and called me straight back and said it had been put on the wrong van and could not be delivered until monday....it arrived today in a sorry state very thin and weedy and half the needles fell off as we unwrapped it and it had several snapped branches. I am so dissapointed that a company who i trusted delivers trees in this state. I am sad to say I will not be using this company agan.

Another year, another excellent tree! Prices have gone up a bit on last year but with delivery included the trees are still good value- our 9ft Fraiser has a great shape, full foliage and arrived well wrapped and fresh. Buy with confidence from these guys!

Last year I ordered my first real Christmas tree from send me a Christmas tree it was absolutely beautiful so this year I decided to place my order in September same as last year a 7ft Fraser fir I paid more this year nearly 100.00 delivery was fantastic it arrived Thursday as I requested bringing my tree in on Saturday and allowing 24 hours to relax I noticed the back of the tree has a huge hole in it which I'm not exactly thrilled with I've had to just dress the sides and frount and make do I don't know if it's grown this way or if is broken while being wrapped also the branches have been cut a bit to short I think I will be reviewing my order next year I've not complained directly because I don't want to be left without a tree...sorry send me a christmas tree!!!

I recently ordered a Christmas tree from Send Me a Christmas Tree, and although the tree was unfortunately damaged by the couriers, the service I received from the company—especially Anna—was absolutely exceptional.

I was really upset at first because the damage completely ruined my weekend, but Anna handled everything with such patience, kindness, and professionalism. Even though it wasn’t her fault, she apologised sincerely and reassured me right away. She let me know a replacement would likely be delivered on Monday, and I appreciated her honesty.

To my surprise and delight, a beautiful replacement tree arrived on Saturday, 29th November, much earlier than expected! It honestly made my day. It’s clear that Anna went the extra mile and communicated strongly with the couriers to make sure things were put right as quickly as possible.

Thanks to her, a stressful situation turned into a really positive experience. I’m incredibly grateful for her help, and I will absolutely be ordering from Send Me a Christmas Tree again. Companies like this—who genuinely care about their customers—deserve recognition.

So my issue is not just the awful tree they supplied but more their customer service.

Unfortunately you can post pictures as I believe most people would quickly make their mind up seeing what this company delivered (google reviews next)

Well I think it’s obvious from the pictures.

The tree size is not what we asked for nor the quality. It seems to have been hacked to give it some sort of shape.

If you compare the tree you sent last year with the tree you sent this year it’s obvious that the size and quality is well below expectations.

It’s less than half the size! Also consider the picture I shared of the tree we just bought to replace your tree. This is the same size as the one we ordered and it has a great shape and quality.
And it only cost £42. Context is simple, when you spend £85 you set an expectation. Last year you met and exceeded our expectation.

And their response which basically says “ F off” amazing team Christmas tree!!!

Thank you for getting back to me! We do understand your frustration and apologise that you are not happy with the tree you received.

As a company we don't claim to be the cheapest way to get a Christmas tree, but our trees are British grown, not imported, and are freshly cut for order, so these are all things that would raise cost on our end but are important to us. Our Frasers, specifically, are of a special variety and as a species do tend to have a slimmer body, so the 6ft Fraser Fir we have sent you is typical for their kind and meets our size requirements.

I understand how it is different from last years tree, we do only send out premium graded trees however they do hold some natural variation and no tree is absolutely identical so it looks like last year you got a particularly fat one!

Thank you for sending through an image of the one you have bought for £42, as a replacement, from taking a look at the image it seems to be a Spruce, which are a cheaper tree variety as they tend to shed their needles quicker.

So as this review doesn’t have the pictures it doesn’t do it justice. Tree they supplied was horrible but according to them it was my fault. I ordered the exact same tree as last year.

For context the same tree type was available for 50% cheaper than these guys. Also British grown in Scotland so their premium should be challenged.

Take it or leave it but my advice would be, forget these clowns and don’t pay 100% more for their tree and shit after sales support. Go and find a local supplier who will not only help choose the tree but will stand by their service and standards unlike sendmeachristmastree.com.

Have you ever bought something online from Amazon? Has it been crap quality? Go and see what you’re buying. Support your local supplier and leave these clowns.

Such a good idea. Gets rid of the hassle of disposing of your Christmas tree and you make the country a slightly better place.

A great tree at a good price.
Turned up in great condition on the day we asked for it.

We ordered two consequent years and we're very happy. However the third time the tree shed it's leaves within one week. The only solution was to replace the tree, after I had spent hours decorating it. it wasn't an option due to time constraints. This company also had other reviews with the same complaint

This is the second year I’ve ordered our tree from Send Me a Christmas Tree … and wow! Both times, the trees have been amazing. My husband and I are very picky about our Christmas trees and these guys have definitely met our expectations.

Everything from ordering on the website, to communication from Alana and Will, to delivery and of course, the wonderful tree… I give it a 5/5 stars!

So easy and quick, everyone was so lovely and helpful, so much easier than trying to get a tree home on the roof, 2nd year ordering

Not a great company to do business with.
Ordered our tree for our business that needed to arrive before the towns light switch on. Ordered over a month in advance. On a date 3 days before we required it and it still hasn’t arrived.
Company are blaming the courier and not offering any sort of compensation.

We will never use again. Very poor handling of a very easy situation to resolve.

This is the second year I’ve used this company and won’t be using them again. Last year there were issues with late delivery but the tree I eventually received was lovely and they gave me a discount to use this year so I thought fair enough.

This year the delivery was also late which is annoying because you have to be at home all day waiting for it and I had to book a second day off work for it.

The tree I ordered was a five foot Fraser fir, the exact same tree as last time. The tree they sent is exactly five foot including about a foot and a half of top stalk. It’s tiny and not something I would have purchased- to me that is a four foot tree. I spoke to customer service and showed them the photo of the tree from last year compared to this one. I was told that as the tree is five foot then they have met their requirements and I just happened to be particularly lucky last year. When I said I wasn’t happy with this and wanted a different tree or a refund, I was accused of threatening to leave a bad review to get money from them!

Eventually they offered me a 20% refund which I’ve refused as I fully intended to share my experience to warn others. I’m £75 out of pocket and will need to replace the tree myself. Will not be using this company again.

We have used this company a few times for Christmas Trees in our Schools. I can say that they are super easy to deal with efficient and delivery is always on time.
Prices of the trees are very good as the tree quality is outstanding. We always have a lot of smiley student faces when they see the trees up in the School.

AVOID...INFESTED..
Xmas tree delivered infested with sap-sacking insects. Every single tip of the tree had that white-very sticky residue from the bugs activity plus lots&lots of tiny green bugs I had to hoover from my livingroom's ceiling. The manager (Wills) said that it was normal and that (white sticky stuff)t was clearly stated in the description in their web, hence no refund. Totally a lie!! I felt insulted. It is not normal for a tree having that white stuff + bugs.
I am £85 out of pocket and no xmas tree. NIGHTMARE!! AVOID..you've been warned.

A really good experience with Send Me a Christmas Tree. Arrived on my designated day by the friendliest driver, Nick! I’ve been let down my Christmas Tree Deliveries before, so it was really good to have such a seamless process, delivery and customer service.

I’ve ordered a tree through them twice now, and both times have been thrilled with my tree! I’m from the States and am impartial to Fraser Firs because of their amazing smell. They’re a bit harder to find in England but Send me a Christmas Tree has beautiful Fraser’s and I’m so grateful for their quick delivery and lovely trees!
