Send Me a Christmas Tree Anmeldelser 

I ordered a six foot Farmer Tom's famous Sussex fir. It's a fabulous full Christmas tree.
I decided on a real tree this year because my cat destroyed the last 2 artificial tree I bought- it's that full he can't climb it!
The tree has a lovely smell - totally Christmas.
Ordering was straight forward and I liked being able to chose the date I wanted it delivered on.
This year I ordered a 6ft tree which is great but because overall it's such a good size, next year I would possibly by a 5ft tree and be just as happy.

I was very sceptic ordering a Xmas tree online however I have received the best tree I ever had! Will definitely purchase again! Thank you for making my Christmas so special ! ♥️

Been purchasing Christmas trees for several years now. But on this occasion the Norway Spruce was not up to scratch. Tree was delivered on 29th November and now it's 6th December, the tree is turning brown and wilting.

When I received the tree, I cut 1.5 inches off the base and immediately erected it on a base with water. Temperature of the room is 19 degrees C, not hot!! I did notice that the a lot of the branches were cut to look symmetrical but it doesn't give it that natural look.

This tree is not the best quality and I feel £75.00 for a 7ft tree on this occasion was very disappointing. It's a shame as the last few trees I've purchased were of good quality.

Spoke to customer services and they were very helpful. Sent some photos and videos for them to analyse and they have offered to replace or refund the tree.

They (Lucy and Anna) were very helpful and it shows that seasoned customers are important to them but the service and promptness of their cs. I've changed the score to reflect this.

Tree not delivered yesterday (weather was fine on day delivery should have happened). Company phoned saying they do not deliver at weekends so delivery will not be until Monday (providing they actually deliver then). Tree will have been without any water for at least 3 days and probably longer so will not be in great condition.

Ordered my tree in October was supposed to be delivered yesterday 6th no delivery and can’t contact you or DX to find out what’s happening.
This is the 4th year I’ve used you and now the last, very poor customer service. What company doesn’t open on a Saturday morning at this time of year? Left in limbo as should I go buy one or hope the one I ordered 2 months ago will turn up, no point blaming DX as it’s you who pay DX to deliver the trees seems to be a theme when you read the reviews properly. Shameful service, will be contacting my credit card company now.

SUPER impressed. I've struggled for a couple of years to find a company that sends quality high-end Christmas trees that look like a perfect tree. This is the first year I've used Send Me A Christmas Tree. The tree arrived on the date I picked (with clear communication regarding shipping and arrival dates). The tree itself has clearly only just been cut (it's drinking water like it's going out of fashion) and hadn't been wrapped in a package too long as the branches fell into position quickly. I highly recommend this company.

This is my second year ordering from these guys. Firstly the tree itself is gorgeous and smells divine. (Fraser fir 7ft purchased both years)

The second year ordering I couldn't remember what I bought last time so I used the WhatsApp platform and recieved prompt responses with an actual conversation with a human which is invaluable to me

The delivery service is great and they leave it in a safe place if you're not in which is great for not needing to wait around all day.

The needle drop is low, I had my tree up 5 weeks and was still fully bushy by the time I needed to send for recycling

I am a full time carer and solo parent. We've never had a real tree as a family but I thought I'd try this year and get a potted one we could use over and over as we have very little money for treats. It arrived and most of its height is the central piece, branches starting way, way down. It's very small for the price. But the worse part is the pot came completely smashed. I couldn't have predicted this and known the pot size to buy one in time, and it doesn't mention anywhere on the website to replace the pot. My assumption was to put the drainage pot inside a pretty pot, not have to replace the whole thing. This isn't covered in their online care instructions or on their listing. Our tree is acclimatising outside like they suggest, but it's propped against a wall and cannot drop properly because the pot is absolutely ruined. It's like no one really cared about this through transit or excavation. I spoke to the team and they offered me a voucher for next year, but why would I return??? Absolutely heartbroken. Do not recommend.

First time ordering, brilliant start to finish. Great price, great comms, delivery on requested date, nothing to fault. Thank you!🙂

Incredibly disappointed. Have been ordering the same type of fir and size from them for years and this time it's tiny! 2/3 of the normal width. All three of the children asked why our tree was so much smaller this year. Also re delivery, was asked to wait in all day, but the driver left the tree and got straight back in his van, I answered the door straight away and he was already driving off! Very unhappy after being loyal customer.

Contacted customer services as asked with photos and their answer was basically "tough, it should be small, you should buy >this< different type next year"!! Even though the last 3 years I have bought the same type and it was bigger. Outrageous

This is our second year and a second fantastic tree. We will definitely be back next year for number three.

Have been ordering my tree from them for the last five/ six years issues with delivery which to be fair was sorted quite quickly so disappointed with my tree this year supposed to be same size as I always order no where near as tall and so skinny really disappointed think I will go else where next year

I'll be using Send Me a Christmas Tree 🎄 again this year! Buying a tree online last year was great: excellent customer service, convenient delivery, and simply the best tree we have ever had. So much fresher and greener, and was still in great condition by 12th night.

I Was advised tree would not be delivered at 1.15 on 29th. Had taken day off work especially. Was looking forward to putting up tree on Sunday with my wife. Emails phone calls went back and forth once advised tree not being Delivered until Monday 2nd. All they do is refer to terms and conditions about preferred delivery date. If I wanted tree for weekend was advised could pick from courier.
After reading reviews of the courier was not surprised tree not delivered. DX couriers 21% 1 star. They should take more responsibility of couriers they use.
Tree now supposed to be delivered on Monday. Looking at the courier I am not confident it will turn up on time and undamaged. Having spent £152 should have be treated differently.
I will not be using next year. Cannot be trusted to delivery on time or do time right thing. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Not a good advert for customer service.

What a great place! I am very impressed. Above all, they maintain contact with the customer at the highest level. They send emails with all the information and my tree is beautiful. Highly recommend.

The most beautiful tree I've ever seen. Ordered as our new car won't fit a tree in it, was a little concerned that I wouldn't be choosing my tree as I'm really fussy, but...oh my god! It's amazing, very bushy and absolutely enormous, was a little shocked how big it was at first when we took the net off but I love it. I'd ordered the same height tree that we'd had last year from a different place and this tree is at least 4x bigger, I was worried it was too big but I can't stop looking at it. It's sooooo much better than last year's tree and was only a little more expensive, but included delivery and on my chosen date. I definitely can't go back to a small tree now.
Will be ordering again next year.

This is our second year buying our Fraser fir from send me a Christmas tree. Yet again an outstanding tree, and being able to choose the day of delivery is handy.

First timer here , definitely will not be the last everything from ordering to delivery was great. I received my Christmas tree today as stated on my choosen date , what a beautiful tree I have received . Merry Christmas to all at send me a Christmas tree .

Unfortunately the experience was let down by the fact that the pot the tree was send in was too small to be usable, it had roots breaking out through cracks in the pot, and the tree had been potted at such a sloppy lopsided angle the tree could barely stay upright and would have been hard to decorate without toppling.
Re-potted neatly into an appropriately sized pot it's decent looking little tree (emphasis on the little, I ordered a tree of size 150-180cm and the one I received just barely hits that minimum), but it is lucky I had a suitable pot and soil available.
A little more care would go a long way in turning this into a smooth customer experience instead of having to work to make the tree usable.

Arrived fine, but was missing half the bottom of a tree, it wouldn't stand up, and there were dead bits everywhere.

Edit: the company accepted my complaint and were really pleasant in handling this for me so I've given extra stars for service.
