I have been using Sender for two weeks now on their free plan, and I am very impressed. The platform is incredibly easy to use, intuitive, and has everything I need.

The customer service is exceptional. I’ve reached out twice for assistance, and most recently I worked with Lucas, who did a great job helping me out. Because of the positive experience, I decided to upgrade to the standard plan. The price is well worth the value I am getting. Keep up the good work!

The product is good once you get used to some small intricacies. Maybe, a few small tweaks like putting your credit balance on the top of every screen, and clear contact details easily located would be nice.
But none of this really matters as Michael, Lucas and Skylar in the support team are excellent - Quick & very clear, understandable responses, very polite and great instructions with the advice you need! Thanks guys!!

Skylar is probably the best and fastest helper I have ever received help from in an online chat. He is super friendly and fixes things quicker than I can blink. When I had some startup issues with deliverability, he fixed them. Now I am looking forward to use Sender.net as my preferred newsletter service :)

I created a free account to test things out. I run into some problems. trying fixing with AI yet we couldn't and so the AI suggested writing to the support team.
in less then an hour Malissa wrote back to me with a suggestion what to do, and an invite to reach back to her in case it doesn't work.
The solution worked, and i got my issue fixed in 2 minutes.
I admit i was positively surprised to get such a quick and helpful support for a brand new free account. Why to go guys and thank you so much!
