My client wanted to switch from Mailchimp to a cheaper platform. I first tried BeeHiiv which was unbelievably terrible and half of the features didn't work. I then tried Sender and it was incredibly easy/intuitive. I was also having an issue with setting up my Dmarc and was able to hop on chat and receive actual, human support immediately. His name was Michael and he went above and beyond to get it sorted out for me.

The only drawback (which is actually a positive in the long run) is having to wait for your account to be reviewed/approved. It adds a bit of a (minimal) delay in what you can do but I love that they're so thorough with making sure they don't have spammers using the platform. I imagine that helps a lot with deliverability and have never had a newsletter platform do that.

Another pro - they haven't integrated AI. That's specifically what I was looking for as it seems like every company that HAS integrated AI now has malfunctioning features and zero consideration for UX (like BeeHiiv).

Seriously gives me hope knowing that good companies like this still exist. Will be referring my clients to this platform going-forward.

I've been using Sender for a couple of weeks now and had a couple of issues with setting things but but always had very a very good experience with their customer service who are very quick to help. Skylar was amazing and really quick to assist me. Can fully recommend!

This was my first time setting up a mailing list. After researching several of them, I found sender.net to have the best price and features for my book landing page. The terminology was new to me but I used their handy chat window for instant help. Michael and Lucas were enormously helpful. They answered every question and showed me exactly how to do it. No delays like usual "customer support." Michael was even chatting with me on Sunday! That's white glove service.

Although having some issue with verification of the domain brought some friction to the usage, support service team and Nathan helped with everything right away and issues were resolved quickly. Everything is great
