It is January 2026 and I am still waiting to receive payment for items received in October 2025. Unfortunately the company has no customer contact number and the only way to communicate with them is via their online form which is sometimes monitored and sometimes not.

I looked on line and choose sellyoursilver for cash. I received the prepaid envelope from them but it was the Bank Holiday weekend so put it to one side. I then sent the stuff off on the Tuesday but I didn’t hear from them until the following Monday. I assumed they were busy. An incredibly straightforward, speedy and professional service. I received a prepaid envelope within a few days of my initial enquiry, posted my items and had a quote / payment within 24hrs. Would highly recommend! I think an added bonus would be a “breakdown” of the items valued, but I imagine this would impede the speed.
