Steer Clear at All Costs
Your response is not only inaccurate but also deeply troubling. Your false claim that the Aeroplan miles were successfully transferred is a blatant falsehood and an attempt to mislead. The entire transaction has been problematic and has left me frustrated and out of pocket. Your attempt to deflect responsibility onto the airline is unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability.
Let me emphasize that, as the service provider, Sell My Miles is unequivocally responsible for ensuring the legitimacy and transparency of the transaction. I expect a resolution to this matter.

Hiding behind an illegitimate review with a pseudonym appears rather insidious, especially considering that we could only ascertain your identity by requesting it from Trustpilot. If you are confident in the legitimacy of your review, it would be reasonable to associate a name with it. Furthermore, considering your pattern of leaving 1-star reviews for multiple businesses, it seems that we are not the sole target of your threats and extortions.
As previously communicated, this transaction occurred in April 2023, and you confirmed in writing that you received the Aeroplan miles, utilizing a substantial portion of them. For any account-related concerns, such as booking tickets or account audits, we strongly recommend reaching out to the airline directly, in this case, Aeroplan.
Additionally, we encourage you to thoroughly review our terms and conditions, where our terms and processes are clearly outlined.
