Sent me item to them via Royal Mail!

Was received and I had an acknowledgment email to say it had been received!

They then sent me an email with a different price for my item due to the category being different.

I relied to them stating that on their online site. The price they are offering should be more.

I’ve sent four emails and it’s been over 24 hours and I’ve had no correspondence from them.

If you go on google maps, you will see this business is at a house.

Also, if I want my item sent back it will cost me £30 administration fee 😡

I’ve thought about selling my hoover but the prices are unbelievably low! My V15 which goes from £200-300 on auction site they buy at £45!

Website was straight forward easy to use. Royal mail collected and I got paid when they received it.
Much less headache than selling on eBay or Vinted.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
I was quoted £45 and eventually offered 0.50p in the end.
I was told that my Dyson hoover was not the model I selected. However, my dyson hoover was not an option on the website.
I was later told that the Dyson model I had was not one they would have purchased, but this is not stated anywhere. I ask for proof of this, but it was not provided. I was told either accept the 0.50p or face a £30 return charge.
The customer service experience was the worst I have ever faced.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This is a scam. Sent my old air purifier and took a video showing that it was fully functional and in great condition just before sending. I made sure it was packaged securely in a sturdy box with lots of bubble wrap. However, when it arrived I was told the device was damaged and therefore devalued significantly. The company shared photos showing that the prongs on the plug were completely bent and the machine was no longer functional. I offered to send video proof that the machine was functional earlier that week prior to sending, but they refused to budge on their stance. This was clearly an issue that occurred in transit that needs to be taken up with the shipping company. My customer service experience was terrible - beware of this company. You would be better off selling somewhere else.

I sent my Dyson straightners which were only 4 months old and in perfect condition. They were in the original box and well wrapped for picking up. I received 2 different emails then from the company. The first saying that my dyson did not fit description and that they were only giving me £20. The photograph was not of my Dyson. I then received a second email again saying that it didn't fit description and offering me £70. Once again it was not my Dyson. The emails say that if you do not accept the price they are quoting it is £30 to get your Dyson sent back to you. I challenged the company about both emails - they apologised saying that there had been a mistake with the first one. I did receive £70 in my bank that day however the photograph is not of the Dyson that I sent them. I would never use this company again and despite writing an email complaining they have not responded.
