The SellerPrime Amazon software gives excellent insights that help me to a) research new products, b) improve the listings for my current products and c) get a better ROI on my Amazon PPC campaigns.

But what is truly extraordinary is the customer support. The customer support person at SellerPrime proactively contacts me to suggest ways I could get more value from their system. And on a few occasions she has booked a free 30-minute training session where she shares her desktop and guides me through software features.

I'm not being rewarded or incentivized to give this review. I seldom make the time to leave reviews ... but the support is so great at SellerPrime I just had to acknowledge them.

Excellent tool, the combination of keyword research, listing optimization, PPC analyzer combined in just one tool is simply awesome. Most other tools only offer one, I definitely recommend using SellerPrime!

Amazing tool. Easy to use and help a lot in any decision that you need to do when your are choosing a product to sell or create a private label product. It also helps in optimising your listings to the standards of amazon rules and helps with PPC too:)

Among tons of tools for FBA sellers, Sellerprime proved to be one of the best. It helps me a lot in finding profitable niche, finding product ideas, analyze keywords, optimize listings and manage my seller account,... almost all in one apps. Thats unbelievable!
One thing I love the most about Sellerprime is that this apps separated regular listings vs sponsored ads listings so we know exactly which competitors with or without ads. This could save a lot of money.

I think it's preety useful to track my keywords on Amazon site. I have seen massive improvement in my Amazon sales due to Sellerprime.

Not bad. I like the quick response of the customer service. A certain person from the team called Ankitha was nice enough to introduce the tool to me with a detailed walkthrough.
PROS: -

1) It has most of the important features under one platform.
2) Good customer service.
3) Accurate data.
CONS: -

1) The UI looks like a cockpit and can be slightly intimidating for a newbie seller.
2) Since it’s main aim is to be an all-in-one tool for FBA sellers, it should add tools like feedback generator, amazon income management, tax management, etc.

I’ve been using SellerPrime since it’s beta stage. They have all the basic functionalities for a newbie FBA seller. In my opinion, SellerPrime offers feature rich tools and is the best tool out there for keyword research and product research.

I am an FBA seller from Thailand and I am selling in the US. However I am new. I have been using SellerPrime for 4 months and it helped me with my initial product research. I used it mainly for improving my listings and my sales. It is better than Jungle Scout for me because it has more accurate information and more tools like keyword optimiser, keyword tracking, competition watch and inventory alerts. There are more, these are just what helped me.
