At the beginning, we sought support from this group as we lacked sufficient knowledge in Amazon PPC and other critical areas. They reached out to us via email, promising assistance with PPC management, listing optimization, and various other services. However, things did not go as promised. As their business grew, they began to overlook us, showed little interest in our ads, and were slow to respond. They even dismissed our product, saying, “This product won’t succeed,” with an indifferent attitude.

What’s worse, after we started working with them, they actually caused our already moderate sales numbers to drop further. When questioned, they came up with various excuses rather than providing concrete solutions or taking responsibility. This not only hurt our progress but also made it clear that their focus was not on genuinely helping us achieve success.

To regain control, we invested in some tools and took over the management of our ads ourselves. As a result, we have now achieved excellent sales figures. This experience has clearly taught us one thing: If you don’t take charge of critical aspects like PPC and listing optimization, these types of companies only sell you dreams.

Initially, the money you pay them is attractive due to the high purchasing power in their own countries. However, they fail to put in the necessary effort to bring your product to the desired level and do not fulfill their promises. They leverage the customer base you’ve built to focus solely on the clients who generate the highest sales, regardless of their own contribution. For them, the satisfaction of other clients doesn’t matter; whether you continue working with them or not is irrelevant to them.

Therefore, it’s essential to manage the most critical parts of your business yourself. Success doesn’t come from relying on external sources but from your own dedication and efforts.

Do not expect any help from the seller app. It’s absolutely terrible in helping sellers. All messages get bounced by a computer Bot and never by a real human. There is no help what so ever. They will blame you for the tiniest things and suspend you from the app but when you have a simple question they ignore you like you’re nothing.

They need to wake up from their over paid jobs and hire someone bright enough to make these changes soon.

At first, I thought they were smart people, and had the right tools, so I decided to give them a shot, but I was wrong.  The biggest problem is THEY DON'T HAVE COMMON SENSE". Like sometimes you receive customer service from India. They may speak English well but they don't know what's going on in the US.

The first campaign they created for me only has 5 keywords but two of them when you type in Amazon search term. It shows the product is not what I sell. not even in the same category. The manager told me their system will automatically mark these keywords as negative keywords. I have never heard someone create a campaign with irrelevant keywords. Why? Because they don't have to pay for it. They spend your money to train their new staff.

They always tell you it needs 3 months to see the result, at the beginning. My ACOST was 20%-50% (I created campaigns). After they take care of it it jumps to 200%. They told me it would be fixed by the system. The second month is back to 140%. They tell me that's the progress! Finally, I found out they only got 13 keywords in the campaign for me in three different types and they told me that's it! Really? for this result? They always have excuses about time budget and competition. Yes. That's why I hired them. They know it before we start! Money was traied to the water. After 3 months you probably never get your money back.

When we talked about the plan, it is like they have a secret weapon and some of their specialist managers who can help with your case and they don't tell you exactly what is going on when they are working on your case. But That is not true. They don't have magic. The only thing they have is the automation system which is kind slow to reflect your competitors' moves. you will always be behind your competitors. THEY ARE NOT BETTER THAN THE AMAZON GUYS ON YOUTUBE.

Don't let them manage your Amazon store if you don't have hundreds of thousands of dollars to waste.

We have been working with SellerApp for a couple of years. A great partner, and highly recommend them.

I will write my full story so everyone be aware before you engage with them.

sellerapp is a software company which provide access to main PPC campaigns and they provide PPC management services BUT note following :

1- i engaged with them for 2 months and during the 2 months they burned around $6K with ACOS average 160% and CTR below .15 .

2- when i raised my concerns several times they keep sharing with me invalid reasons like main image and reviews.

3- i corrected the images and reviews increased while CTR keep decreasing.

4- after above excuses they asked for additional 2 months to fix situations with another 2000 USD of expected spend.

5- they work as marketing machine they dont think out of the box and there is no alignment with seller .

6- currently still they are handling my campaigns and becoming worst .

7- there is communication channel except emails and if you want to have a call you need to book it one week before . otherwise your campaigns will keep running and burning money and no one will look at you .

9- they based at India , so once your campaigns become out of budget during Peak time no one will fix it because peak time at US will be sleeping time at India .

im writing above so you can be aware before you decide to sign a contract with them and start burning your money

update as of 31 Oct:
i have more than 100 reviews and sellerboard will use alway this excuse when they burn your money , my advise for everyone reading the review to avoid this company after 3 months of experaince , they will burn your money they spent more than 10000 duller with CTR lower than .14 and with ACOS was 140% . my results gor better when i terminated my contract with them . dont believe the reply they shared its just the same excuse they will keep using while burning tour money
