Serious Concerns: Funds Withheld and No Support Access
DFin processed payments for our business for approximately three weeks before shutting down our account in July 2025. We were explicitly told that any held funds would be released 180 days after the last transaction date (7/13/2025).
That date has long passed, and we are now several months beyond the agreed release window with no payout and no communication.
Multiple attempts to contact DFin via email have gone unanswered. There is no published customer support phone number on their website, making it extremely difficult to reach anyone for assistance. Additionally, because DFin operates as the primary merchant account holder (with Stripe), we have no ability to contact the processor directly for updates.
Their contract states that they “do not hold funds,” which is misleading. In practice, they control access to the funds and have not released them as agreed.
At this point, the lack of response and failure to release funds raises serious concerns about their business practices. This appears to be wrongful withholding of funds, and we are pursuing formal complaints and further action.
