SELFA Therapies offers you a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. The Founder of Selfa Therapies is Angela Muteanu who has discovered her passion and dedicated herself to healing others using Reiki and Distance Healing Techniques. Angela has always been complimented for being a good listener and practicing compassion and empathy in personal and work life. Selfa Therapies accommodates In Person and Distance Healing. In Person Healing: You will be welcomed in a dedicated Treatment Room, a safe place where you can discuss the reason for your visit. The smell of the holly wood and burned incense will help you relax during the therapy and allow the crystals to provide you peace, clarity and positivity. Distance Healing: A phone or zoom consultation will take place prior to the session where you will be explained what to expect in terms of sensations, emotions, intentions for the treatment. At the end of the session, you have the opportunity to discuss with Angela, your impressions and she will offer you a personalised after care plan.

Reiki
I had the remote reiki and felt amazing after it like some of the things in my mind where sorted out I would highly recommend this if you want something to help soothe you as well as learn more about what your body needs

I booked for a reiki session and found it to be the most amazing experience and booked for more sessions.

This therapy "found me"
This therapy "found me", because I needed, me and my family. Never thought that it could turn out with such a big impact in such a short time. I knew about Reiki and Chrystal therapies, but I was always considering that is more for self healing and balance. But after this experience, I received the benefits of it, much much more than I expected! So grateful 🙏 What was even more special was that after each session with me, with my son, Angela was dedicating her energy also for verbal communication, advising, insights and vision sharing. The precision of the elements in her insights was so accurate, due to "scaring" point :) in a good way. It could be also minor elements as well, but which would matter in a way that is not even discovered at that point. I appreciated a lot, how Angela perfectly combines her abilities in energetical therapies , her intuition, insights, emotions and knowledge in psychology and other fields. This gives a real 360 °support to the person she works with/heals. After the sessions, my sons feels so much better (after a depression caused by a family situation), he is happier, regained himself in a very short time. It was such a relief for me as mother. Also, I had my "benefits" on myself and "homework" to do, also with the help of the energetical cleaning and advice received. Words can't describe the feeling of gratefulness. But it feels so good 💗. Feeling grateful that "the therapy" found me.

Angela is a born healer, I can’t recommend her enough. The Reiki & Crystal healing sessions I’ve had have been profound. I feel more balanced than ever. My life has changed so much since starting my sessions with Angela. I’ve been attracting opportunities effortlessly, as my energy has shifted. I feel really blessed to have found such an wonderful healer.

Amazing experience
I never expected Alternative medicine can have the effect that I have experienced with Angela! I had few sessions and it was super relaxing and it made me think outside the box. I would strongly recommend. I will be making other visits to Selfa therapies. Many thanks
