I have been taking Selaura supplements for 9 months now and I would highly recommend these little capsules of wellness!
Personally, I have seen a dramatic improvement in my sleep and hence general well-being. I have also experienced a lot less bloating which is a huge benefit for me. I am definitely overcoming the emotional rollercoaster my cycle can bring and I feel that overall, I am a lot calmer and more in control.

I don’t usually take supplements nor had read much about the pre-menopause, let alone considered that my brain fog and physical lethargy might have had anything to do with it.
