easy to renew
As stated in title it was very easy to renew my check order on line. The checks were sent in a timely fashion in a nondescript packaging which deters theft. well done!!

Secure handling fee isn't fair!
I ordered what I thought was a box of inexpensive checks, but ended up only being one pad of checks for $3.99. That wasn't so bad, but to be charged $8.99 for a "secure handling fee" was ridiculous! They charge the same fee for one pad of checks and one box of checks. I likely will not order checks from this company again. Fee wasn't clearly explained.

Security Concern
The checks were exactly what I ordered. I wish there was another way of getting them mailed to me, that you would accept an alternate address for delivery. I'm not home during the day and, as usual, the pouch was left between the storm door and wood door, available for anyone to take.

We needed new checks. I looked thru the clearance checks because I wanted a better deal. I found nice checks that I will enjoy using for considerably less than I could have gotten plain checks from the bank!

Exactly what we ordered and more
The checks we ordered were exact, shipment was fast and we received a couple of "gifts". (It was probably noted somewhere, I just didn't see it). With our checks we received address labels and a free service with fraud-armor. We will definitely be using this service again
