Charged me for yearly renewal without warning/when I cancelled, and getting hold of support is impossible. Do not recommend!

I was a bit concerned about purchasing based on many poor reviews, but I am really happy with it. The blocks are designed really well, modern, not all the same boring layouts, with no plugins needed, so it's really light, and there are so many variations for any section you would need to build a site out. I asked a presale question and got no reply, so I think the support may be an issue, having read other reviews, but honestly, if you have used Elementor in the past, you won't need support. They have a video on how to set up Elementor before inserting their blocks, and after that, everything just works as it should.

The product works as expected. I cannot however tolerate the fact they ignore my emails through their contact form where I requested multiple times the INVOICE for my annual subscription payment which they don't send through email and cannot be downloaded through their "dashboard" when logged in. It makes the whole thing feel shady, however I bought it with a company credit card, for my company purposes and our accounting NEEDS the invoice/receipt for this transaction. They just ignore me, why is that? Makes me wonder. Just send the invoice.

Edit: They have contacted me and processed my request after this review. For this reason I also change my rating to 4 stars, to let them strive for 5 stars by improving their communication system. Thank you.

The customer support isn't good and practically nil. You need to write in many times and when you finally do get a response, it's a very AI-templated reply. In addition, I advise against purchasing a yearly subscription because the sales page and website claims are all fabricated because designs are not added monthly so you're paying extra for nothing. When you contact them, they just keep saying that the designs will come soon. Looks like I'll need to take it to my credit card company to file a chargeback. Can't recommend.

No Support or Response. I purchased this product at full price, and its great, but they have changed the number system so I have no way of finding what I need. I have sent multiple emails to customer support and have recieved no response. I can see I am not the only one having these issues. Great concept but terrible support.

There seems to be a lot of moaning in here but ive found using the sections very useful. The recent updates are awesome and people are complaining he keeps it updated? weird.

My only minor niggle is sometimes the mobile versions are a little less thought out/optimized but i fix as i go when needed easily enough.

Sie kaufen einen Haufen Templates ohne eine Dokumentation. Einzig auf der Website erfolgt die Zuordnung der Sections zu den jeweiligen Bezeichnungen (Nummern). Der Verkäufer ändert einfach die KOMPLETTE Nummerierung und damit sind die gesamten Templates auf Ihrem Datenträger nutzlos, weil Sie keine Vorschau oder eine sonstige Zuordnung haben.
Ein Beispiel: Das alte Templates hieß "1441" und das neue heißt "K763". Sie haben also keine Chance auf der Website die alte Bezeichnung zu finden.

Kein Impressum, auf E-Mails wird auch nicht geantwortet. Seriös ist anders!

I've been loving Section Express for the last two years...but all of a sudden I have 3500 templates I bought back then and now have no way to preview them since their website updated. Section Express, please contact me so I can learn how to use the templates now that they are all labeled differently. All the file I have start with "c" not "k"

Purchased the template pack a few days ago (159 USD). Download worked but now the company website has been updated and the template with its overview has been changed. So sitting on 3.000+ files without any preview chance.

I already emailed you via the form on the website Site: section.express and unfortunately didn't receive a reply. Since I know you also run the platform Site: be.express, I wanted to register there. Unfortunately, I saw that there haven't been any updates since September 2025. Are there any plans for updates there, or have you discontinued them, as you did with the other site?

On December 31, 2025, my account was automatically charged $179 for an annual renewal without my authorization. I did not initiate or confirm this transaction.

After noticing the charge, I immediately canceled the subscription (status shows “Pending Cancellation”). I have attempted to contact support for a refund but received no response.

To resolve this, I can be contacted via the email associated with my account. For verification, the QQ number linked to my account ends with the digits: 871202.

I am currently disputing this charge with my bank. I hope this can be resolved directly.

Wanted to buy a yearly membership but it seems the guy is no longer in business. Support-Form is broken and there is no way to contact.

I'd like to revise my review to be positive. The seller contacted me, and after another purchase attempt, everything worked. The files offered are excellent (some still use the outdated grid technology, but anyway...). Thanks for the work. a huge timesaver for me.

Hello I like the tool it’s very great but when downloading I clicked on business templates but it didn’t download. I only have access on woocommerce templates and sections. Could you please help me I payed this morning.

It seems support has been discontinued. That's a shame, because I really liked the tool. Support isn't responding to inquiries. Neither to support requests nor pre-sales inquiries. I tried three times in five weeks. No response. I also noticed that there's no address or information about the company. It seems to be run by a single person who has now lost interest in developing the site. A pity. I advise against buying it.

Ich habe leider ein Jahres-Abo abgeschlossen. Seit April keine neuen Templates, obwohl damals auf der Roadmap der Firma was ganz anderes versprochen wurde. Der Support antwortet mit seit Monaten nicht.

Asked multiple times questions before purchasing, and this is SALES mind you, without getting an answer!

Red Flag #1: Do you offer a free trial?
Answer: Unfortunately, we do not offer a free trial at this time.

OK, so you don't offer a trial. Fine. I asked, can't you create a demo system on your own site so users can test it out. Answer: Insert *birds chirping sound here*

Red Flag #2: Is there a refund option available?
Answer: Our designs are digital products, and there are no refunds available for purchases. Please make sure to review your selection carefully before making a purchase.

So, no trial and no refund? Seems like a good way to get rich quick eh?

Red Flag #3: No response to pre-sales questions.
Now this one is the biggest one to me. If you're not interested in SALES, then it's not a wild leap to think what the process is for trying<--- to get support?

They are either rude, inept or all of the above. Run and don't look back.

And yes, thank goodness there are much better alternatives and yes, they actually also offer support and a working product. So thanks for giving myself and hopefully thousands of others an option on choosing a service and product other than your side gig.

The real deal. With Section Express, I save the time of 6 projects out of 10 each month. Insane – and the sections are also well designed. Love it.

I have purchased the express pack Section.Express and I must say, I am absolutely impressed by their designs. The visual quality is flawless: every section is elegant, modern, and the variety offered truly covers every need for building professional websites.

Strengths:
- Harmonious, polished, and very contemporary designs
- A wide range of sections and templates suitable for all uses
- Consistent graphic identity across all elements

Area for improvement:
- The only downside is the style management: all styles (colors, typography, responsive settings, etc.) on section and templates are applied individually to each widget, instead of being set via Elementor’s global settings.
- This approach makes global customization and quick style reuse across projects more complicated, even though all sections and templates use exactly the same styles.
- It would be extremely helpful to have access to a complete CSS file or the Elementor global settings that correspond to all the styles used in sections and templates, just like in the starter kits, where everything is centralized in the global settings.

Suggestion:
I highly recommend Section.Express for the quality of its designs and the richness of its catalog, but I would really like to see a move toward centralized style management for sections and templates, which would make the user experience even smoother and more professional. Why not apply the same logic as in the starter kits, where everything is managed through Elementor’s global settings?

This would greatly facilitate customization and integration of the sections into any project.

Was sceptical at first buying this product as I have bought similar stuff that didn't work, but this really is worth the money and I am really pleased with all of the different templates and sections. This has made my web design work so much easier now :-)

Money well spent! Great Elementor Templates. Happily recommend it to anyone thinking of purchasing.
