Secret Bottle Shop Anmeldelser

Very quick and prompt delivery. Would use again in the future. Offered a really good choice of products to.

I ordered two bottles of vintage port just before the storm and heavy snowfall. I received a message from the delivery firm saying that there would be a three day delivery delay due to the severe weather. I accept that the weather was unhelpful but felt three days was eexcessive. I called the Secret Bottle Shop to exlain my concern, and my worry about how the port was kept during the delay. A lady said that she quite understood and would look into it and get back to me. I had a call back to say that the package was kept in as secure warehouse until it went onto the delivery vehicle and that they felt that it would be less than three days. In fact it arrived, impeccably packaged and safe the following day. A very happy customer.

I'm very happy with the purchase, delivered on time. I was worried to order wine on line, but everything was packed very securely. Great choice of port. The engraving could be slightly bigger, but anyway looks great.

Great prices ,great products and quick delivery

Gifted a bottle of Port over Christmas from this company. Well presented - the only issue was that the courier left it outside in the rain and the packaging got we.

Delightful customer service - fast delivery and very attentive to my special assistance on billing of the purchase done (special mention to Benjamin Meggitt). Highly recommended and I will be sure to use them again.

Item as described and prompt posting. Would recommend.

Ordered a bottle of Bollinger from Australia for relatives in London. It arrived in plenty of time for New Years. Very good service at such a busy time of year.

I was gifted 2 bottles of red for Christmas. They were packaged beautifully in a box, and the wine was superb.

I found the shop very welcomeing very friendly and also very knowledgeable very large stock on different varieties of wines and sports at different prices overall I would recommend going there excellent

Great service, engraved bottle came quick and well packed

What a beautiful taste and magnificent colour

Quick and easy service. I was able to find the wine I wanted easily on the web site and was delighted by the fast delivery. I will use them again!

This was the second time I have ordered from the Secret Bottle Shop. This time I ordered two bottles of special edition port, three of prosecco and a bottle of champagne. The service I received was excellent and the delivery was fast and efficient ( I was able to pick up my delivery from Argos which is a DPD Local pick up shop).
The bottles were very carefully wrapped and delivered with care.
I can absolutely recommend the Secret Bottle Shop and would not hesitate to shop there again.

Ordered late afternoon & delivery came next morning. Excellent service

The delivery was with me within 2 days. Beautifully packaged. Exactly as described. Thank you

I am happy with my items, packaging was great. Thank you. The problem I experienced a delivery problem with DPD Local. I was in all day, nobody knocked the door or rang the bell. All I got was a message saying "We've missed you." It really took the fun out of my experience. I had to go and pick my parcel up from the drop-off point. Why would I pay £5.95 to go pick my parcel up myself? This is not acceptable at all. They should change delivery company as soon as possible. Thanks.

Great selection of drinks to choose from over a broad budget - something to suit everyone! Great packaging and arrived quickly. Only reason not 5 star is the gift wrapping was disappointing. The gift wrapping was just the bottle wrapped in tissue paper - not really gift wrapped. I now have to gift wrap the items myself (defeating the object of requesting gift wrapping!).

I would happily pay a little more for better gift wrapping! Otherwise very happy with the items and service.

A fantastic choice of wines and spirits for special occassions as well as very nice liquid refreshments. I found the perfect gift I was looking for.
Despite my parcel being left at the wrong address, The Secret Bottle Shop pulled out all the stops to get the parcel to me.

not had the mead yet for yule but great company not a company like amaz
