Secret Bottle Shop Anmeldelser

A little disappointed with my purchase, this was bought as a gift after buying one last year(not from this company) to receive it in a plastic pouch.. for the cost of it I was expecting it to come in a box that could be wrapped & gifted as the previous one did!! It certainly takes that special gift look away from it & now I’m having to find a suitable box to package it in.. the cognac it’s self is a great tasting tipple though..

Such great customer service. I found a product that I had been looking for everywhere and couldn't find it, so I was delighted to find it here. The delivery arrived even faster than I expected and all round it was such a pleasure buying from them. I will definitely support this business again.

Ordered a single bottle of wine as a birthday gift. Was delivered within 2 days. Protectively packaged and no damage in transit. Will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend.

Very impressed, this is the first time I have used this company. Good price and good customer service I will use again

Favourite Red Not Stocked Elsewhere. Easy to order and a fair price. Delivery very prompt, now enjoying!

Competitively priced. Fast delivery, well packaged. I was kept well informed of order progression. Would use company again.

They have a super selection to choose from. The Armagnac I bought was a very good price, arrived promptly and very carefully packed. It’s a gift so I can’t comment on the flavours.

Super efficient service. Arrived the day after ordering with great packaging.

The Secret Bottle Shop in Hereford is a 'must seek out' for anyone who enjoys fine wines or rare whiskies. A great team of knowledgeable people are on hand to serve you with their characteristic friendliness. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I bought it as a present. I am very pleased with the service and delivery. I am sure the recipient will be thrilled with their gift.

Was looking for a 21st birthday present, found a brilliant gift set of champagne and flutes, really well priced and when it arrived (very promptly indeed) SBS had gone to great lengths to wrap, pad and protect the shipment.
I'll definitely be back, thank you.

What a superb find so easy to find what you wanted and when I made a mistake and phoned it was rectified immediately.
Staff so pleasant and helpful.
