From start to finish a great experience. No delays in delivery which was brilliant. Took my old fridge away and all the rubbish too. From Jason who dealt with us I store to Nico and Jamie who delivered I couldn’t find fault. All knowledgeable in their respective jobs and so easy and pleasant to deal with.

Had a great experience with Emma in the Shannon store, we wanted a specific style of kettle for our kitchen and she went above and beyond and sourced it for us even though it was out of stock in that store. We really appreciated the effort she went to and will definitely return again in future!

I had a really great experience ordering from this company.

I purchased a Shark vacuum online on Monday 22 December. On Tuesday, I received a voicemail confirming it would be delivered on the 24th, and later that day the driver texted to ask if delivery that evening (23rd) would suit instead.

Ordering on the 22nd and receiving next-day delivery during the Christmas period is genuinely impressive. Communication throughout was clear and helpful, and the delivery flexibility was very much appreciated.

While the website could benefit from a bit of modernising, overall the experience was excellent and I would absolutely purchase from them again.

I ordered an electric oven online at 7.40am received a phone call at 8.20am to say that my oven would be delivered that morning by 10am, an absolutely fantastic service. I have dealt with Sean Hennessy Electrical many times and have always found them very efficient and courteous, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I have purchased from the Mallow store this year and found staff friendly and helpful and prices are always competitive. Shop local when you have this option.

What a service, I ordered for delivery to Dublin on the Tuesday got a phone call from a Lovly lady on the Wednesday to make sure it was ok to deliver on the Thursday, later got a text message from the delivery guy who I taught was a bot, i replied to the text to say leave with a Neighbour if I’m not in they text me back to assure me they would take good care of the package, where do you get that these days highly recommend and will be my first point of call when I need anything in the future thanks guys

Ordered an oven, but just before it was to be delivered they noticed some damage, so they proposed a better oven and matched the price so i could still get my oven delivered on time .,very happy with their service and their pricing

I usually visit Sean Hennessy Electrical store in Mallow have done so over the years, It's a store with a great choice of items , staff are very friendly ,helpful and knowledgeable. I do like when I hear them give their own impression of an item they have purchased and its good or not so good points .Parking is also a plus ,giving one time to brouse and discuss your purchase . No need for North Cork to travel else where I can reccommend this stor highly to others .

Store in mallow is amazing, very helpful staff , after buying a few different appliances there very happy with them lots of choice and price range , will certainly be going back when needed

I have visted 2 stores the rathkelae store and the mallow store. I went in for a fridge in the mallow store a woman with blonde hair was helping me she knew the products well but when I went to pay I saw her being rude to the other employees which I find is very unprofessional especially infront of customers. Only positive is the young man who loaded the fridge into the car. The rathkelae store is another story. First I saw a shouting match between a customer and employee, when I asked an emplyee about products the woman seemed to know little to nothing about the product. Walked out without buying anything. Won't be visiting again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone I know.

My integrated fridge gave up on me suddenly, and I needed a replacement fast. Jason in-store was brilliant, so helpful and really knew his stuff, making it easy to find the right one.
Delivery was super quick too, and Sean, who dropped the fridge off, was friendly, professional, and had everything sorted in no time. Great service all round. I’d highly recommend Sean Hennessy Electrical to anyone.

I couldn’t get any other shop in the country to supply me with an American fridge that would fit the narrow space I have. The doors needed to be removed off the old one, taken outside and taken away for recycling. Then the new one then had to have the doors removed before coming inside and refitted once inside, no one would even quote me for this except Sean Hennessys. They said they would be with me Friday and they turned up as promised. Absolutely thrilled, couldn’t recommend enough, they really went above and beyond to help me

I came home following surgery to find the fridge had died. Went to Rathkeale, explained my situation, picked out a new fridge and it was delivered within 4 hours! I didn’t get the names of the 2 delivery lads, but they swapped out the fridges, unpacked the new one and took away all the boxes and aeroboard as well as the old fridge. They were pleasant and friendly, nothing was too big an ask. Thanks so much. Great service all round!!!

Bought a product advertised as on sale. Paid online and after the transaction was completed I noticed that I had been charged in US dollars and due to conversion had paid a higher price than I had agreed to pay. Raised an issue with my bank who told me it was done on the company's end. When I pointed it out to Sean Hennessy customer care, they couldn't have cared less. They asked for proof to which I sent a screen shot of the transaction but radio silence since. Sounds like a scam to me. Handy way to make a few extra quid per transaction

Good product. Excellent price and next business day delivery. Package was well wrapped to withstand rain when left outside door.

Way better value then Currys and Harvey Norman

Best experience purchasing an appliance online. I ordered online on a Sunday evening, they were closed Monday due to bank holiday. I got a call early Tuesday morning to say they were on the way. The lad that delivered it was a gent. Really pleased that I purchased from Sean Hennessy ( the same appliance was in Currys) but I wanted to support an Irish business. I will definitely purchase from here again.

I bought a washing machine recently online and I had to contact the Rathkeale store about urgent delivery. They could not been more helpful. They told me how to get the extra free warranty. A great delivery man.
