Amazing experience with Sealand Villas as always. I would recommend these guys every time. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Always willing to help and very friendly. Top Notch service. The Villas they have available are always fantastic.

From initial discussion on the phone to booking the villa and ensuring everything was done before we set off. Marion and Audrey have been brilliant. Not to mention the villa was exactly as advertised with a welcome pack awaiting us on arrival. The hire car was simple to organise at the airport everything as instructions and a new vehicle. We enjoyed the service with Sealand Villas so much we booked another villa with SV immediately upon our return from holiday. Great honest helpful company!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Simple booking, helpful correspondence and good email response to queries. Villa was excellent and quality car hire a real plus. All helped to make for a fantastic holiday.

Good service - quick & efficient both on the telephone and via email. No problems with any of our holiday arrangements and all went very smoothly.

All arrangements worked very well. The car hire pick up was fine and all documentation was prepared efficiently. The vehicle was spot on. The villa hire was as we expected from the web site description and we were comfortable there. Thanks to the Sealand Villas team for their efforts.

A lovely well equipped villa which provide everything needed for a relaxing family holiday.We were a family of 5 adults and one young child for whom the small annexe bedroom leading to main en suite was perfect .Location was good being within 10/15mins walk to shops beach and restaurants. The beautiful gardens and swimming pool were an added bonus . We had a couple of problems with the hot water and faulty security safe, but were very impressed that these issues were dealt with within an hour of us phoning the office.Car hire collection and return to airport was efficient and hassle free!

4th time we have used this company. All the properties we have rented have always been of a very high standard in perfect locations. Easy car pick up from the airport and always get a welcome pack of the food basics on arrival to the villa.
This company are a pleasure to deal with and have recommended them to everyone I know!
No doubt will use this company again in the near future.

We had a fairly good holiday in Fonto with a few problems. We have stayed here before and appreciated that it had been updated since our last visit. The following points should be noted for future clients

1. Beach towels which we had paid for were not available for two days as we arrived on sat evening

2. Hot water was not available until Monday as a plug had been pulled out

3. The television had a satilite dish but during the whole week we had a no signal notice

4. The end of our holiday in April was quite cold and the villa became uncomfortable. There were radiators all round the villa but we could not get them to work. A call to Sealand villas resulted in us being able to use alr conditioning for heat but only in the bedroom and from 9 pm to midnight. This was not satisfactory as we had to wear our outdoor coats for dinner in the living room.

Fonto is a delightful villa and conveniently located. Provision must be made for all weather conditions if it is to be rented early in the season.

as always a great service in UK from Sealand.
Villa Vertent potentially excellent but if truth be told just a little bit tired round the edges. Some lamps out in garden and in house, locks on three of the full height door shutters broken, we complained locally about smell from shower room which we had to eventually stop using despite visit from cleaner. Ended up just shutting door to keep smell in. The most disappointing feature was the log burning fire which would have been handy for cool April nights but had a note on it saying feature only - do not use !! .
A little bit more maintenance and it would have got 5 stars.
Car hire process simple including bus from airport.
Summing up this is my third trip with Sealand there will almost certainly be a fourth.

We loved the villa it was perfect and the service we received from the company was very good indeed. We have used them on several occasions and always found this to be the case

We rented the villa as 4 cyclists and found it was ideal for us in terms of location and it's facilities. There were a couple of minor issues including the internet being a little slow at times. However, given the price of the villa we felt it more than matched our expectations.

Excellent villa in a great location. We had a wonderful stay. Totally recommend it!

Schönes Haus, aber in die Jahre gekommen! Die Zimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden, die Küche war sehr schmutzig, in den Küchenschränken lagen vergammelte Lebensmittel und im Waffel-
eisen war noch alter Teig. Bei der Ankunft war kein Toilettenpapier verhanden, Gardinen hingen runter und einige Lampen brannten nicht! Am Pool waren nur vier Liegen für ein sechs Personenhaus.
Die Wegbeschreibung ist sehr schlecht und das Haus dadurch sehr schwer zu finden. Für den Preis hätten wir etwas Besseres erwartet!

That was our second stay with sealand villas. Nice villa, well equipped, amazing location, free car hire and an excellent service. We want to back again :)
