Fabulous villa with everything you need and close to the Old Town

A great villa with lovely facilities. Super gardens and pool.

lovely villa, well equipped, remote and full of character.
surrounded by sheep, goats and a family of cats!

Positives:
All the process of reservation and administrative work was perfect.
The house itself was clean.
Issues:
1) The kitchen utensils are the worst, the knives are old and don't cut butter.
2) No expresso machine
3) The toilets on the ground floors (except the Master bedroom) smell very bad (sewer). This was the most uncomfortable part of the stay

Really clean, everything we needed and best of all, individual air conditioning in bedrooms. Absolute bliss.
Also, great communication from Audrey at all times.

Booked a villa in Majorca near Port Pollensa in August.
The service from Audrey was great, very informative and knowledgeable and made the process very easy.
The Villa selected looked wonderful and perfect for a family of 5z

Upon arrival, the Villa was as expected from the images but upon entrance to the Villa, we found many faults.

Mould in the shower, rusty saw off tap in the kitchen, dangerous pool steps for the children and strangers in the surrounding fields able to access the Villa.

No amenities left upon arrival and felt very cold and not friendly.

I was very disappointed with the property as after staying in numerous villas, this was a let down.

We stayed at Salve D’Alt this August. It was an absolutely beautiful villa with a beautiful pool. It was modern compared to others I’ve been to in Mallorca with Sealand Villas - but our daughter had chosen this one and we booked it three years ago! With Covid restrictions - we finally managed to get and it was so well worth waiting for! The views of Puerto Pollenca and Puerto Alcudia were spectacular from the veranda. The beds were so comfortable - our double bed was huge! The rooms were spacious and airy the bathrooms were like 5* hotel bathrooms. The villas was immaculate and very secure. It was beautifully lit up in the evenings and we spent our evenings sitting out in the veranda taking in the beautiful views. It was a short drive to the village of Pollenca. The entrance to the track up to the villas was difficult to find - especially as it was off the busy main road - but we got the hang of it. Our car collection was easy smooth and easy as always with Riog at the airport. This was definitely a 5* villa - pricey - but we’ll worth it!

We have booked through Sealand Villas four times. We had another fantastic week. We have booked again for next year! Can’t wait! Thank you Audrey!

We have used Sealand Villas to book our holidays for about 3 years - they are so helpful and so easy to deal with! We love that we can book our car hire at the same time and each Villa has exceeded our expectation. We wouldn't go anywhere else to book a Villa now.

You’ve got to get your holiday right and so go to the experts in the location you choose. Sealand have offered us the very best advice, support and service for over 15 years and helped us make some very happy memories in Pollenca. Sealand’s service was at its best during the Covid problems - their patience, professionalism and cooperation was of the highest standard when they must have been dealing with enormous commercial challenges of their own. You won’t find a better travel consultancy.

We had a fab stay at this villa. When you first arrive it really does have the wow factor with the lovely big front door and the landscaped gardens, and of course the large pool and surrounding outdoor area. The kitchen was well equipped and we found the utility area with washing facilities useful with two small kids. Beds are comfy and bedrooms spacious, was useful having the extra bathroom off the master bedroom.

We ate breakfast and lunch out on the terrace every day and and the surrounding hills are a beautiful backdrop.

The location is brilliant too - Puerto Pollensa is a 10 min drive, but Pollensa old town and Alcudia old town are also a 10-15 min drive so you have loads of choice for evening meals out. Pollensa old town was probably our favourite in terms of atmosphere. We also drove to Cap Formentor for the day which is a stunning beach and only took about 25 mins. Would love to go back one day!

Used Sealand Villas on many occasions. Always receive a very good service .
Audrey in the office is super efficient and helpful.
Stayed in some lovely villas in Pollenca
Would be nice if there were a few more properties in the town maybe.

Audrey is always at the other end of the phone ready to answer queries and deals with them efficiently and promptly.

We have used Sealand Villas many times due to this reason.

It's a shame that the car hire is no longer an addition to the package along with the welcome hamper as these were always a really great USP and incentive to book through SV

We have always found Sealand villas good value for money.

STAY AT CAN SALAS

WELL WE WERE DISAPPOINTED WHEN WE ARRIVED. FIRSTLY A MASSIVE TWO INCH DIAMETER BLOOD STAIN ON ONE OF THE PILLOW CASES, DISGRACEFUL DOESN'T COME CLOSE. SECONDLY ALTHOUGH THE VILLA HAS A POOL AND SUNBEDS, IT IS UP TO THE VILLA OWNER TO DECIDE WHETHER TO PROVIDE PARASOLS. THIS VILLA DID HAVE ONE PARASOL, A BROKEN ONE, WHERE THE MIDDLE SECTION WAS BROKEN SO UNLESS YOU ARE THREE FOOT TALL IS OF NO USE TO ANYONE - WHY HAVE IT THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE IF ITS BROKEN. THEY DID REPAIR BUT TAPED IT UP!!!!
THE BEDS WERE THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE WE HAVE EVERY SLEPT ON, ROCK HARD. BULBS NOT WORKING.

WE DID REPORT THE PARASOL AND THE BULBS ON OUR FIRST FULL DAY THERE BUT THESE WERE ONLY RESOLVED FOUR DAYS LATER!!!

WELCOME PACK, BECAUSE OF COVID THERE WAS ONLY PROVISION OF CLEANING ITEMS. ONE WASHING MACHINE CAPSULE AND TWO DISHWASHER TABLETS. ONE SMALL SPECIMEN JAR OF WASHING UP LIQUID. I MEAN COME ON, THE COST TO RENT THESE PROPERTIES IS THOUSANDS - PLEASE PROVIDE ADEQUATE CLEANING ITEMS.

AIR CON UNITS DEFINITELY NEED ATTENTION, VERY INEFFICIENT PARTICULARLY WHEN IT IS 32 PLUS DEGREES OUTSIDE.

WE HAVE RAISED OUR CONCERNS WITH SEALAND VILLAS AND ASKED FOR A GESTURE OF GOODWILL PAYMENT BUT THEY WILL NOT ENTERTAIN THIS, THEY SIMPLY PUSH THE ISSUES TO THE VILLA OWNER WHO OBVIOUSLY WE CANNOT CONTACT.

ON THE PLUS SIDE, AUDREY WAS GREAT AND HELPFUL SO THANK YOU AUDREY.

WE HAVE STOPPED AT ROSTOYA IN THE PAST WHICH WAS LOVELY BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE WILL NOT BE USING SEALAND VILLAS AGAIN PARTICULARLY NOW THERE IS NO CAR RENTAL INCLUDED.

JUST FOLLOWING ON FROM YOUR REPLY. THE BLOODSTAIN WAS CERTAINLY NOT SMALL, IT WAS TWO INCHES IN DIAMETER AND WE HAVE FORWARDED PICTURES TO YOU!!! THE PILLOWCASE WAS ALSO NOT REPLACED, I LAUNCHED IT INTO A WARDROBE IN THE THIRD UNUSED BEDROOM IN DISGUST.

UNFORTUNATELY THE OFFER OF 5% OFF A FUTURE VILLA WITH YOU WAS TURNED DOWN. LIKE MANY PEOPLE IN THE UK AND GLOBALLY AT THE MOMENT, WE ARE FACING DIFFICULT TIMES FINANCIALLY AND ALTHOUGH FOR SOME LUCKY FEW A VILLA HOLIDAY EVERY YEAR IS POSSIBLE, FOR US IT IS SIMPLY NOT AFFORDABLE.

The booking process was so easy with knowledgeable staff able to advise on the best location for our family. Car hire was included which just made getting from the airport to villa so easy. The Villa was great. Fully equipped with a great pool. This is the second Villa we have booked with Sealand Villa and they our our agent of choice. Thanks Audrey for always being at the end of the phone line to sort things out. 5 stars.

We use Sealand villas every year for the past decade and the villas are a very high standard and large selection. Any emergencies are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Audrey in the UK office is very helpful and informative. We wouldn't use any other villa companies for Majorca except for Sealand.

From first contact phone call to my on return call the staff at Sealand Villas have been nothing short of exemplary, patient and helpful, understanding and sympathetic. Thank you all for a magnificent holiday where we ten cyclists had exactly what we needed.

Nice villa, we were very satisfied.
Shortcoming: Unfortunately, the terrace at the house was not covered

Excellent service provided by Sealand Villas from the point of enquiry right the way through to our return from holiday. Very helpful throughout and nothing too much trouble. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We booked our villa with Audrey who I have to say was fantastic, she made everything easy and was a big help.

However, when we arrived at the villa unfortunately it wasn't as good. We were given the wrong code so we couldn't get the keys to villa for another 2 hours and when you've been travelling all day this is the last thing you want. The water pump broke one evening so we had no running water in villa for about 12 hours they did do their best to fix it as soon as they can but it obviously ruins a day when you cant shower or flush the toilet. We had a jacuzzi which didn't work and when we emailed the in resort team they said they would send someone round to fix it but never did. The villa information book was also really poor didn't give any information about where bins were or how to work anything.

A big shame as the villa itself was lovely and Audrey was great at the beginning.
