Good consultation, poor perscription
The consultation was good but I have had to revert twice as perscription given was wrong and pharmacy wouldn't accept it.

We have initiated a significant event investigation that will include root cause analysis of all the system issues that contributed to this regrettable situation.

Outstanding service
Recently when we my son was let down by our local GP services , we booked in here privately, all I can say it was worth every penny, friendly professional service helped my son with the medical results he requires for his future career, I highly recommended this centre.

The doctor was very helpful and prompt
The doctor was very helpful and prompt.
The only issue I have is with regard to the online booking and payment system. I ended up phoning to make an appointment because the online system would not let me make a booking. Nor could I pay online because the system repeatedly told me it could not verify my card (I tried 3 different cards)
Apart from that I was very happy with the service provided

I was seen by a lovely doctor who went through all my problems thoroughly, examined me and gave me options it was good to see someone face to face I will definitely use them again and recommend them

recently booked a private GP appointment to address some medical concerns. I found the service extremely useful, able to address a number of issues and at a schedule time that worked for me.
