Hats off to Scottish Hampers. We sent an item to Edinburgh, to a relative who is struggling , but got the address slightly wrong and it was delivered to the wrong home. Although it was our error, Grant from Scottish Hampers sorted a new delivery at no extra cost. Gone the extra mile!

I found them on Google as I wanted to get someone a hamper very quickly. They went above and beyond to get the hamper right at very short notice. I really can't recommend this company enough, even though I've only used them once. The customer service was absolutely top notch.

Initially I had an issue with my order but Scottish Hampers went above and beyond to rectify this once the issue was identified and the recipient was very pleased with the quality of the products. I feel the best measure of a company is how they deal with complaints and I cannot fault Scottish Hampers in this regard, they were very professional.

after a non gluten free haggis was delivered having ordered a gluten. free one, Scottish hampers couldn't have been more helpful. we were on a deadline as leaving for a trip. A new order was sent out that same day and delivered overnight.

Customer service is hugely important to us, especially when there’s a tight deadline, so your kind words about our response and delivery mean a lot to the whole team.
Lack of transparency.
The products seem OK, but the pricing is less than transparent. It's only when you checkout that the delivery charge is added and VAT, which together put the final price nearly 30% higher than I was expecting. So I shopped elsewere.

All of our product prices are clearly displayed on our website, and additional charges are not added at checkout beyond the delivery option selected. Delivery costs are clearly outlined on our delivery information page and shown before payment is completed.

Apparently this constitutes ‘Luxury Tray & Packaging’ - for which I paid £10!!! Embarrassed to give this to my dad for his 70th - could have made it much more attractive myself at a much cheaper cost. Absolute robbery.

As discussed, we have refunded the £10 packaging charge in full, as you felt the presentation was not up to the standard you expected.
Our luxury tray packaging is designed to be secure for courier delivery, but we appreciate that packaging preferences can vary and that in this instance it fell short.

Corporate Hampers
We sent one of the corporate hampers from Scottish Hampers to a client as a thank-you, and they were absolutely delighted. The presentation was impressive, and the selection of Scottish treats – from smoked salmon and artisan cheese to chutneys – was spot on.
