We moved from out of state and could not be present for the inspection. We relied heavily on Scott HS to do their absolute best. We were disappointed. 1 day after move in, I turned on the irrigation and found a massive leak. The main line to the back yard was spraying about 3 feet in the air. I understand they do not turn this on per guidelines. Our A/C was making a loud banging sound and it looks as if the previous owners tried to add straps and manipulate it. This was discovered by the HVAC company I hired to find the problem. How was this missed?? There are outlets that are not working, large gaps in the outside siding to the house, tub spout is leaking badly one of the rooms. Safety items were missed, such as loose railings. I can go on and on. Very disappointing when you are relying on someone to look out for your major investment. The cost was $900, but I am slowly reaching that amount in repairs they should have found. Very disappointing. I would not hire them again.

Our experience was excellent from the beginning. Our communication was always prompt on setting appointments and reminders. We met with Scott in person at the property and he toured us around to see various issues. His advice was helpful on rating the. Issues that needed attention from the seller. He went into detail that was easy to understand.
